| Resumo | O presente artigo tem como objetivo identificar as ações formativas existentes nas atividades exercidas pelo Show Musical Anchieta, sendo esse um grupo artístico e cultural do Colégio Anchieta. Além disso, analisar as percepções que diferentes educadores têm das ações formativas. Para tanto, foi realizada uma revisão teórica acerca do conceito de Formação Integral. A questão que norteou essa pesquisa foi: como os educadores percebem o grupo Show Musical Anchieta e suas relações com a Formação Integral. A pesquisa de caráter qualitativo contou com a realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas com dois educadores que fazem parte do grupo. A partir da análise das entrevistas, foi destacada a percepção das pessoas que participaram do Show Musical Anchieta e apresentada a organização do grupo.; |
| Abstract | This article aims to identify the formative actions existing in the activities carried out by the Show Musical Anchieta, which is an artistic and cultural group of Colégio Anchieta. In addition, to analyze the perceptions that different educators have of the formative actions. For that, a theoretical revision was made about the concept of Integral Training. The question that guided this research was: how educators perceive the group Show Musical Anchieta and its relations with the Integral Formation. The research of qualitative character counted on the accomplishment of semistructured interviews with two educators who are part of the group. From the analysis of the interviews, it was highlighted the perception of the people who participated in the Anchieta Musical Show and presented the group's organization.; |
