Professores contratados e o processo pedagógico nas escolas públicas estaduais

Abstract

The present work aims at to demonstrate the implications of the administrative cases, applied in the education of the state public net. It approaches some questions that contribute to make impracticable the qualified performance of the professor contracted for the exercise of the teaching, as well as, to provoke some emergent fidgets of the reading and analysis of the legislation current that creates the act of contract of professors for the State Public Net through Contracts Emergenciais and Temporários. It argues the caused pedagogical damages to the State Public Education with the act of contract of professors without public competition as practical systematics of the governments. The inquiry was guided by the qualitative paradigm of research, aiming at to understand and to interpret the context where the contracted professors are inserted, through interviews carried through with integrant of the State Public Teaching, which they are, the school directors because these have the administrative responsibilit
