Checklist eletrônico: estudo de caso de análise e automação de processos em uma empresa de transporte rodoviário de passageiros

Abstract

The current existing competitiveness in business companies wishing to remain in the market seek alternatives to differentiate among themselves. In this sense the mapping and automation of business processes in companies have become indispensable tools to aid in the search for Standardization, optimization and quality of services provided to customers. This case study aims to demonstrate how the tools of systematization of processes known as Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) can act as a tool for implementing business processes designed in projects known as Business Process Management (BPM). The work was developed on the Viação Ouro e Prata, traditional road passenger transport company, based in Porto Alegre, in Rio Grande do Sul State, nationally recognized for innovation projects in its segment. Will be addressed in this work the methods used for analysis of current processes, proposals for improvement of these processes, the main impacts expected with the implementation of these improvements and the results obtained with the systematization of processes.
