Abstract

Providing the needs managerial with agile computational mechanisms and easy to use are key characteristics for the success in decision-making process. Moreover, it becomes necessary to contemplate aspects related to the organizational transparency, which is a key challenge for information systems, in the organizations, in the search of balance between management and use of technology through of investment in models and methodologies of Information Technology Governance (IT Governance). The project management can then it to become a problem to the business development, because in the most cases the perception of managers regarding the quality of projects is not appropriate. This perception is related to the lack of information regarding to the knowledgement areas in projects management. The present study is part of this reality and proposed, through a case study in an IT company, a solution that provides a managerial view to the decision-making.
