| Abstract (dc.description.abstract) | The study presented in this thesis sought to analyze the Pronatec Prisional/Mulheres Mil and the pedagogical practices of this program in order to understand its effects on the women incarcerated in the Female Penitentiary of Teresina/PI who participated in one of the technical professional courses carried out. In addition, we sought to understand how the social insertion of women in the Female Penitentiary of Teresina-PI has been thematized by the program. The thesis aimed to analyze, from the narratives of the women deprived of their liberty and those who have already served their sentence, the extent in which Pronatec Prisonal/Mulheres Mil has led to the process of subjectification within the Female Penitentiary in the city of Teresina PI. It also sought to identify and describe the different aspects of Pronatec Prisonal/Mulheres Mil and its implementation in order to study how the integration of the ex-convicts is specified in the Program and which directions it takes in the prison system in Teresina. We also analyze how gender relations are present in the context of the imprisonment of women, in particular in relation to the implementation of Pronatec Prisional/Mulheres Mil. The empirical material was gathered by conducting semi-structured interviews, of the comprehensive type, with five women from the prison, among inmates and ex-convicts of the baker course, offered between the years of 2017 and 2018. In addition, we used the analysis of documents that relate to the implementation, offer and execution of the program Mulheres Mil within the penitentiary of Teresina and, also, reports of the Social Office in Piauí. It was taken into account, for the analysis of the empirical material, aspects that directly or indirectly cross and interfere with the power-knowledge relations overlaid in the aforementioned educational activity. Thus, with Foucaultian inspiration, and from scholars such as Goffman, Ball, Dardot and Laval, among others, the analysis was divided into two dimensions. One dimension refers to the manufacture of bodies from the narratives about prison, in which the discussion about remission is inserted and the conception of prison from the perspective of those who are imprisoned and those who are free, in addition to the stigmatization they carry. In the other dimension, the reflections that involve the gender relations and reintegration of these women into the labor market under the logic of neoliberal rationality are evidenced. | en |
| Resumo (dc.description.resumo) | O estudo apresentado nesta dissertação procurou analisar o Pronatec Prisional/Mulheres Mil e as práticas pedagógicas deste Programa no sentido de compreender seus efeitos nas mulheres encarceradas da Penitenciária Feminina de Teresina/PI que participaram de um dos cursos técnico-profissionalizantes realizados. Ademais, buscou compreender como a inserção social das mulheres da Penitenciária Feminina de Teresina-PI tem sido tematizada pelo Programa. Os objetivos deste trabalho foram: analisar, a partir das narrativas das mulheres privadas de liberdade e egressas, em que medida o Pronatec Prisional/Mulheres Mil conduziu os processos de subjetivação dentro da Penitenciária Feminina de Teresina-PI; identificar e descrever os diferentes aspectos do Pronatec Prisional/Mulheres Mil e a sua implementação, de modo a investigar como a inserção social das egressas é tematizada no Programa e que sentidos assume no sistema prisional feminino de Teresina; e, problematizar as relações de gênero presentes no contexto do encarceramento feminino, sobretudo, na sua relação com a implementação do Pronatec Prisional/Mulheres Mil. O material empírico foi reunido por meio da realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas, do tipo compreensivas, com cinco mulheres provenientes do cárcere, entre reclusas e egressas concludentes do curso de padeiro ofertado entre os anos de 2017 e 2018. Além disso, fez-se uso da análise de documentos que dizem respeito à implementação, oferta e execução do Programa Mulheres Mil dentro da penitenciária teresinense e, também, de Relatórios do Escritório Social no Piauí. Foram levados em conta, para a análise da empiria, aspectos que direta ou indiretamente atravessam e interferem nas relações de poder-saber imbricadas na referida atividade educativa. Assim, com inspiração foucaultiana e de estudiosos como Goffman, Ball, Dardot e Laval, dentre outros, a análise foi dividida em duas dimensões – uma referente à fabricação dos corpos a partir das narrativas sobre o cárcere, na qual se insere a discussão sobre a remição, a concepção de cárcere sob a perspectiva de quem está presa e de quem está em liberdade, além das estigmatizações que carregam. Na outra dimensão, são evidenciadas as reflexões que envolvem as relações de gênero e reinserção dessas mulheres no mercado de trabalho sob a lógica da racionalidade neoliberal. | pt_BR |
