<description>Fatores associados à prevalência de quedas em pacientes hospitalizados: uma revisão integrativa
Bopsin, Patricia dos Santos
Worldwide, falls represent a major public health problem and can have serious consequences for the health of the individual. In the hospital environment, falls are the main cause, known, of incidents. This is an integrative review, with the objective of identifying the factors associated with the prevalence of falls in hospitalized patients. In order to perform the data collection, the following descriptors were used: Accidents by fall, Nursing and Patient Safety plus the Boolean marker "AND" and the search was performed through indexed journals in the databases of the Virtual Health Library, Scientific Electronic Library Online and Nursing Database. The inclusion criteria for this study were articles, except for integrative reviews, published between 2008 and 2017. A total of 506 articles were found after the analysis and in compliance with the inclusion criteria, resulting in a pre-selection of 81 articles. The final sample consisted of six articles that addressed satisfactorily the guiding question: what is being produced in the Brazilian literature about the prevalence of falls in hospitalized patients? After reading the articles in full, the analysis was based on two themes that emerged, which are: main factors related to falls and failures that contribute to the occurrence of falls. It was possible to identify that the factors associated with falls, comes from the prevalence in adult patients with variability in age between 55 and 87 years. The female gender, decreased visual acuity, walking difficulties and the environment as a factor of relevance for the occurrence of the damage are highlighted, and for many patients the use of multiple medications increases the prevalence of falls. Concerning the safety of the It is paramount for the institutions to turn their attention to the theme, since a large number of patients are affected daily by falls, and most of them could be avoided.

<description>Cuidado integral durante o trabalho de parto em ambiente hospitalar na perspectiva de Jean Watson: uma revisão integrativa
Sengik, Sara Ariana Machado Boff Sberze
Introduction: Midwifery nursing has care technologies in order to favor natural childbirth, helping to prevent and correct possible dystocia in the collaborative model, as well as acting on pain during labor and delivery. It works with a focus on comprehensive care, whose scientific foundation can be found in the Theory of Human Care by Jean Watson, an American theorist and professor. Objective: To analyze the scientific production regarding care technologies in obstetric nursing care used during labor in a hospital environment from the perspective of Jean Watson. Method  integrative literature review, carried out between March and April 2021 through a search in the LILACS, SCIELO and BDENF databases. Fifteen original articles were selected from 2016 to 2021. Results: The articles were organized into 3 categories: care and comprehensiveness of nursing care; limitations for care; and training as a promotion of care. Studies address nursing care through the use of nonpharmacological methods for pain relief and few advance towards comprehensive care, considering the interpersonal relationship between the nurse and the parturient. Furthermore, elements that hinder care were identified. In the training programs in obstetric nursing, the adoption of good practices based on scientific evidence was evidenced, despite some invasive interventions still present. Conclusion: The&#13;
elements of human care from Watson's Theory (body, mind and spirit) are verified during nursing care during labor. Research that addresses nursing care focused on the anatomy and physiology of childbirth is recommended, considering emotional aspects and the interpersonal relationship between the nurse and the parturient.

<title>Análise da qualidade nutricional de dietas de emagrecimento publicadas em revistas não científicas</title>
<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/13499</link>
<description>Análise da qualidade nutricional de dietas de emagrecimento publicadas em revistas não científicas
Baelz, Katiele
Objectives: To assess and compare the nutritional composition of diets for weight loss&#13;
published in scientific journals not in accordance with current dietary recommendations.&#13;
Methods: This was a cross-sectional study. Twelve volumes of scientific journals not&#13;
belonging to three publishers, all on a monthly basis, for the female audience, published from December 2012 to March 2013 were analyzed. Statistical analysis was performed using the chi -square and t-student tests. Quantitative variables were described by mean and standard deviation or median and interquartile rang. Categorical variables were described by absolute and relative frequencies. The level of significance was set at 5 % ( p ≤ 0.05 ) and analyzes were performed using SPSS version 18.0 . Results: twelve magazines that resulted in seventeen stories with sixty six options menus, totaling sixteen diets with caloric intake ranging from 530.66 to 1575.01 Kcal / day were analyzed. The recommended carbohydrate diets (p = 0.010) and fiber ( p = 0.003) and significantly lower than recommended insufficient amounts of vitamin D ( p = 0.001) , folate (p &lt; 0.001) , calcium (p &lt; 0.001) and iron (p &lt; 0.001). The protein content of the diets, in % , was above the normal ( p &lt; 0.001 ) in all diets . Regarding lipids and total cholesterol, the differences were not significant.&#13;
Conclusions: The observed inadequacies in the diets published in scientific journals do&#13;
not allow us to state that eating plans have not reached the daily recommendations for the&#13;
target audience. Not reaching the middle of many important for maintaining health nutrients&#13;
nutritional recommendations, which turns out not to be possible to include them within the&#13;
concept of “healthy diet”.

Objective: To estimate the prevalence of Binge Eating Disorder and associate it with body self-image and nutritional status of adolescents aged 10 to 14 years old from public schools in Sombrio – SC. Methods: An observational cross-sectional study with 386 adolescents. Sociodemographic information, the Binge Eating Disorder and body image were collected through the Questionnaire on Eating and Weight Patterns –Revised and Scale Silhouettes. To assess nutritional status was used the Mass Index Corporal/Age.3 Tostatistical analysis, was used the Pearson’s chi-square test, considering the results as statistically significant at p &lt;0.05.Results: The sample consisted mostly of females (52.3%), aged 10-12 years old. Prevalence of binge eating disorder on this sample was 3.4%. 84.2% were eutrophic adolescents, followed by 13% with overweight. There was an association between the presence of binge eating disorder and variable nutritional status, body image and self-image of adolescents assigned to parents. No statistically significant differences werefound when relating the binge eating disorder and sociodemographic variables. There was also no relationship between body self-image of adolescents with nutritional status and maternal self-image. Conclusions: The adolescent evolutionary monitoring works as an indispensable tool for the early detection of nutritional disorders. Other studies should be developed aiming the origins of eating disorders and proposing effective and permanent actions in school and social environment in healthcare facilities within communities.

<description>Adoçantes não calóricos: influência na saciedade e no ganho de peso
Salazar, Gabriela Soranço
Changes in dietary patterns are directly correlated with increased incidence of obesity. Recent years have grown to supply and consumption of foods with low energy, plus artificial sweeteners as a way to control weight. It is believed that the use of products diets or replacement of sucrose by these sweeteners, for nondiabetic individuals, help in weight reduction by reducing the energy keeping the sweet taste of foods. However, there is no consensus on the evidence about the effectiveness of these products promote the loss and/or maintenance of body weight. Studies suggest that the use of non-caloric sweeteners could generate compensation or increased energy intake, and reduce the basal metabolism and increase adiposity. Thus, this review aims to clarify the influence of non-caloric sweeteners in the mechanisms related to satiety, energy metabolism and in the long-term these impacts on weight gain.

Introduction: Hypertension has a high prevalence in our country and it is considered one of the major modifiable risk factors for cardiovascular disease. One of the main challenges in accomplishing the non-pharmacological treatment of hypertension, especially in the hospital setting, is the adequacy of dietary sodium intake, since it is known for enhancing flavors and making food more palatable. Objective: To develop two low-sodium high palatability sauces to be offered along the main meals for hospitalized patients with high blood pressure. Results: Satisfactory sensorial results were obtained. Both sauces turned meals more visually attractive, enhanced flavor, smell and texture. Conclusions: There is a real possibility to enhance palatability of low-sodium diets, therefore increasing accomplishment to dietary treatment.

<description>O efeito das antocianinas na saúde humana
Costacurta, Caroline
Anthocyanins are natural pigments soluble in water and are the most abundant flavonoids in foods, give the food coloring from red to blue and has shown great antioxidant potential. Oxidative stress is caused by an excess of cellular reactive oxygen species and nitrogen. There is epidemiological evidence that the intake of polyphenols is inversely related to the incidence of cancer, while a number of studies suggest that high intake of flavonoids may be protective against coronary heart disease. This work aims to investigate through literature review the effects of anthocyanins in oxidative stress, as well as their protective mechanisms, seeking to update the information on their effect on human health. The literature review was performed using the terms in English for "anthocyanins", "flavonoids" and "oxidative stress". The consultation took place through the PubMed database, covering the years 2012 and 2013. Studies have found relate to the antioxidant effect of anthocyanins in various diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, hepatic diseases, different types of tumors, Alzheimer's disease, diabetes mellitus effects. In view of the articles studied for this review is clear that anthocyanins are a group of polyphenols with potent antioxidant effect.

Aim: to analyze the national scientific production published on intervention practices implemented in the parturition process. Method: it is an integrative review which aims to answer how scientific researches broachthe theme of intervention practices applied during the parturition and birth. In this context, the data bases Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SCIELO), Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe (LILACS) and Base de Dados de Enfermagem (BEDENF) were accessed in the period of 2000 to 2014 and only the national scientific production were considered. A synoptic table containing article title, periodic name, qualis, authors names and professions, origin local of scientific publications, research objectives, results and considerations/conclusions was applied to collect and analyze the data. Results: 42 researches which broach the issue of the present work were selected. It was observed that outcasted obstetric practices have not being applied yet by physicians and nursing professionals. Some institutions implement the recommended practices, showing the applicability of the new evidences. Final considerations: we suggest further studies for the practices which present few evidences regarding to their applicability on woman in labor, in order to justify their efectivity.

The postpartum period is the ideal time to create a bond between the binomial and also to stimulate and start the breastfeeding process. The cycle of changes and uncertainties generates different feelings in women, including anxiety. To analyze the scientific production over the anxiety of those who have recently given birth or those who are breastfeeding on the postpartum period. It is about a review of literature. The research took place between September and October of 2021, with the deta base BDenf – BIREME (Base de Dados de Enfermagem, via BVS), Literatura Latino- Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS, via BVS), e Índice Cumulativo de Literatura de Enfermagem e Saúde Aliada (CINAHL).The research resulted in 52 articles, which 11 attended to this study. It was divided in two sub-categories: the nursing team in the postpartum period, which highlighted the importance of professionals promoting support and breastfeeding protection, as well as, the need of a bigger and singular human interaction to reduce anxiety and increase self confidence to the binomial and the view breastfeeding in thepostpartum of those who have recentlygiven birth, it brought the anxiety related to ambiguous feelings in the postpartum, the absence od protagonism in the breastfeeding, the need for support of the team that takes care, benefits of the partner in the process. The mother's anxiety can negatively influence breastfeeding. The presence of nursing in the postpartum period is of fundamental importance to guarantee the role of women. The postpartum women's speech brings the appearance of insecurity and anxiety due to the need to be able to contribute with their experiences. The need for training of the teams that provide care to the binomial becomes relevant, ensuring the role of the mother in the process of establishing breastfeeding

<description>Dor cervical e sua relação com o implante de prótese mamária: abordagem relacionada aos profissionais de Educação Física

Breast prosthesis is used for various reasons, whether health issues related to self-esteem or problems of organic origin that lead to moderate and severe pathologies. Breast implants consist of performing an increase in the size of the breasts, often not respecting the woman's body proportion, which can generate cervical dystonia in the medium and long term. The general objective was to gather data and analyze, from scientific publications, of the last six years, the relationship between breast implants and neck pain. Methodology: The present study deals with a qualitative analysis, based on research characterized as a bibliographic review, exploratory and descriptive. Results: 65 articles were found in database searches. Of this total, 20 were excluded for not being in line with the theme. Of the 45 remaining articles, 19 were excluded due to duplicity, leaving 26 articles that were included in the composition and development of the work. The reviewed articles suggest a relationship between breast volume and cervical dystonia, as consequence of the change in weight distribution. Conclusion: The intervention of the Physical Education Professional in the prescription of strength, mobility, and stretching training should be highly considered to minimize and treat cervical dystonia. Further studies are needed to understand the best methodology.
