The Physical Education curriculum in basic education is recognized as a privileged&#13;
space to address health-related issues, emphasizing the need to include First Aid&#13;
content. In light of the frequent accidents in schools and the insufficient knowledge of&#13;
society in providing initial care, the proposal of a Thematic Unit on First Aid in the&#13;
school curriculum emerges as an innovative response to meet educational guidelines&#13;
and promote a positive impact on the lives of students and the community. This study&#13;
aims to develop a Thematic Unit on First Aid in the Physical Education Curriculum&#13;
Matrix for students in the first phase of Elementary School in Trindade-GO; to explore&#13;
the existing content on First Aid in the Physical Education Curriculum Matrix for these&#13;
students; to identify in the literature the most frequently taught First Aid topics for&#13;
schoolchildren; and to formally submit the proposal to the Municipal Education&#13;
Council of Trindade-GO for its official approval and subsequent incorporation into the&#13;
school curricula. This methodological study was conducted in four stages: the first&#13;
stage involved documentary research on the Physical Education Curriculum Matrix&#13;
adopted in the municipality; the second stage comprised a literature review to identify&#13;
the most frequent First Aid topics for schoolchildren; the third stage focused on&#13;
developing the Thematic Unit on First Aid in the Physical Education Curriculum&#13;
Matrix; and the fourth stage involved submission to the Municipal Education Council&#13;
of Trindade-GO. Consequently, the study resulted in the creation of a Thematic Unit&#13;
on First Aid in the Physical Education Curriculum Matrix for students in the first phase&#13;
of Elementary School in Trindade-GO. According to the Coordination for the&#13;
Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), this work is classified as&#13;
Stratum T1 under subtypology (4): Process/technology and non-patentable&#13;
product/material: Technique development. Incorporating these topics into municipal&#13;
curriculum guidelines is essential to addressing local demands and contributing to&#13;
the formation of citizens prepared to intervene in emergency situations.

Abstract: Syphilis is a sexually transmitted infection caused by the bacterium Treponema pallidum, subspecies pallidum. Throughout the course of the disease, distinct characteristics alternate between periods of latency and periods of activity based on the observation of signs and symptoms. Many individuals are asymptomatic, which facilitates transmission. The use of rapid tests has been an important strategy for quick and effective diagnosis. Investigating the perspectives of healthcare professionals working in the field is relevant for market prospecting in the development of new technologies. Objective: to validate the market by listening to healthcare professionals and health managers regarding the applicability of rapid non-treponemal syphilis testing in their professional activities and to generate a technical report based on the study. Method: qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive study conducted with nursing professionals through individual, semi-structured interviews. Data analysis was performed using the content analysis method proposed by Bardin. Results: three categories emerged: 1. Relevance of performing rapid tests for clinical decision-making; 2. Current flow in decision-making; 3. Importance of performing non-treponemal rapid tests for syphilis detection. Final considerations: The study may highlight a clear applicability of the product by the interviewed professionals, based on the interview reports.

The shift handover must contain all the essential information for continued care. Failures in this process may harm patient safety, leading to inadequate and potentially dangerous treatment. In that regard, this work aims to develop an instrument to assist the nursing shift handover in a pediatric ICU of a hospital in a city in the state of Maranhão. This is a study with a methodological approach, developed in three stages: a) integrative literature review; b) qualitative research (interview with the nursing team); and c) preparation of the product. In the first stage, a research was carried out based on the literature, in order to provide a basis for theoretical content and understanding about the topic. The following databases were consulted: Nursing Database (BDENF), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE) and Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS). The following descriptors were used for the research: shift handover and intensive care in pediatric ICU; nursing and shift handover; shift handover and intensive care. The inclusion criteria were: articles in Portuguese and English, a research with a qualitative or quantitative focus of primary studies, and systematic reviews available in their full versions and published between 2018 and 2023. In the second stage, field research was carried out, qualitative and exploratory in nature, with a descriptive approach, and interviews were conducted with pediatric ICU nurses. In the third stage, an instrument was developed to assist in the shift handover, based on the findings of the literature review and information collected from the interviews which took place in the second stage. The research project was submitted to the Research Ethics Committee of the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos. Its approval was under the Opinion n° 6,432,741.&#13;

<description>Guia para atendimento de enfermagem às vítimas de acidentes ofídicos no contexto hospitalar
Cunha, Naylanny Gonçalves Torres
Introduction: snakebites, also known as snakebite, are triggered by snakes that, when biting a victim, inoculate toxins that can cause local and/or systemic changes. These accidents, in Brazil, constitute a public health problem, given the frequency in which they occur, especially in rural areas, and the severity they can produce. Therefore, it is important that nursing professionals are prepared to deal with these situations. Objective: to develop a guide for nursing care for victims of snakebites in the hospital context. Method: methodological study carried out in two stages: 1st) bibliographic study; seeking to support the definition of content to be covered in the nursing guide; 2nd) preparation of the nursing guide. Results: in the bibliographic study, the following were selected for analysis: one book, two guides and six articles. Three chapters were extracted from the guides, originating from the Ministry of Health and the Health Department of the State&#13;
of Ceará. The selected articles were published in Brazil, in the Virtual Health Library Portal (VHL) and Researchgate Portal databases. Content analysis was used to generate the categories: nursing care for victims of snakebites; care in administering serotherapy to victims of snakebites; flowchart of care for victims of snakebites. These three categories supported the content of the guide, which was composed of twenty-five pages and divided into seven chapters. Conclusion: the guide, as a product generated in this study,&#13;
according to the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), considering the Technical and Technological production of the Nursing Area, is classified as a Manual or Protocol, has a potential impact, as it may contribute to supporting the standardization of the organization of care and nursing care for victims of snakebites in the hospital context. Furthermore, it can be replicated in other institutions in the region under study, helping to improve care.

<description>Guia de ações de controle da tuberculose na atenção primária à saúde de um município do Médio Mearim - Maranhão
Santos, Michael Jakson Silva dos
Tuberculosis is a global health problem that inspires searches for effective control strategies, given the devastating power it has on society. It is estimated that more than 10 million people fall ill each year, with more than one million deaths worldwide, being the main cause of death among people with HIV. Objective: to develop an action guide for tuberculosis control, for a municipality in the middle Mearim region, aimed at Primary Health Care professionals. Method: a methodological study was carried out in four stages: 1st) documentary study; 2nd) quantitative study – epidemiological data; 3rd) descriptive study – description of the health network, and 4th) preparation of a guide for action guidelines for tuberculosis control, for a municipality in the middle Mearim region, aimed at Primary Health Care professionals. Documentary research was carried out in the five Brazilian regions, North, Northeast, Central-West, South and Southeast, identifying the two capitals in each region of the country with the highest incidence of tuberculosis, using keywords in the search on the websites of the capitals, in order to find guides, manuals and documents related to tuberculosis. The descriptive study was to characterize the local health network. In the quantitative research, indicators related to tuberculosis in the municipality under study were collected. Results: of the ten capitals researched, documents of interest to the research were found on four websites, São Paulo-SP, Rio de Janeiro-RJ, Florianópolis-SC and Porto Alegre-RS. The websites of the Ministry of Health, Notifiable Diseases Information System – Tuberculosis (SINAN/TB), Mortality Information System (SIM), allowed an epidemiological survey of tuberculosis indicators until the year 2022. The Municipal Health Plan, of the municipality under study provided a description of the health network, these results supported the preparation of the Guide. Discussion: the analysis of the capitals' websites revealed that, although visually attractive, many of them do not provide efficient navigation and availability of necessary information. In the epidemiological indicators, it was found that, although the incidence of the disease in the municipality under study is almost double that of the national and state levels, the operational indicators for treatment, cure, directly observed treatment, abandonment, contacts examined, present satisfactory results, very close than recommended. The coverage of the Primary Care Network in the municipality under study reaches close to 95%. It was also found that 96.6% of tuberculosis control actions in Brazil are carried out by nurses. Final considerations: the present study had important implications related to health policies, where evidence was identified that the analysis of indicators, knowledge of the Health Care Network and the existence of documents, collaborate with the preparation of guides, and that nursing has a role essential in the control of tuberculosis. The limitations of the research, including the scarcity of documents on the websites of the capitals researched and outdated information, required additional searches to be carried out on other websites and platforms. However, this limitation did not prevent the execution of the central objective of this work, the development of the product, the guide for tuberculosis control actions in primary health care in Bacabal, which subsidizes tuberculosis control actions, when stated objectively. and aligned with the reality of local Primary Health Care.

<description>Fluxo para encaminhamento inter-hospitalar da gestante na rede de atenção à saúde
Gomes, Jakson Ricardo Reigo
Introduction: Brazil faces challenges in ensuring quality care for pregnant women and fetuses, and therefore in guaranteeing a healthy delivery and postpartum period. The structuring of healthcare services for maternal and neonatal care remains precarious in small cities, necessitating the implementation of an effective maternal transport system that is well-coordinated across care points. For this reason, it is necessary to create a flow of care, with criteria subsidized by protocols, to guide the referral of obstetric patients, guaranteeing continuity and quality in the care provided. Objective: To develop a flow for the inter-hospital referral of obstetric patients treated in the Health Care Network (RAS) of Santa Inês Regional Office, in the Vale do Pindaré region of Maranhão. Method: This methodological study was conducted in three stages: (1) a documentary study to analyze current Brazilian legislation, guidelines, and care protocols, seeking recommendations to support the development of the flow for obstetric patient referrals; (2) a descriptive study aimed at mapping and describing the RAS services in Santa Inês region that attend obstetric patients, assessing their installed capacity, and identifying available and necessary human resources to ensure appropriate obstetric referrals in the regional health system; 3) construction of the inter-hospital Referral Flow for Obstetric Patients, taking into account the results of the previous stages. Results: Results: It was mapped and described the services and human resources that care for pregnant women in Santa Inês-MA region, highlighting that there are 13 municipalities and that none of them has the appropriate structure for caring for pregnant women. The 13 municipalities have 14 hospitals, two of which are state-run and 12 municipal, most equipped for low-risk care, with only one hospital handling high-risk pregnancies. In terms of professionals, there are 929, the majority of whom are generalist nurses (596). An analysis was made of the active regulations in Brazil in relation to the flow of inter-hospital care, evaluating care for pregnant women, structure and human resources for inter-hospital obstetric referral and risk classification. After these analysis, it is presented: the Description of the factors and criteria for scoring the Pregnant Woman's Risk Classification; the Flow for inter-hospital obstetric referral in Santa Inês Regional Health Care Network, in the Vale do Pindaré region of Maranhão; and the Form for inter-hospital obstetric referral in this RAS. Conclusion: By adopting this referral flow, healthcare institutions can standardize the inter-hospital referral process, ensuring that pregnant women are directed to the most appropriate service according to their risk classification. This contributes to more efficient resource management and improved healthcare system organization, promoting continuous and quality care for all pregnant women.

The advancement of technology, especially after the development of chatbots, has made the clinical research process more accessible and convenient for participants and researchers; by reducing costs. On the basis of this scenario, the study aimed to: build a report on the use of a chatbot to report adverse events in vaccine clinical research. It refers to applied research for the development of technology in health, based on the customer development method proposed by Steve Blank, which consists of four stages that are essential to the development of new products: costumer discovery, costumer validation, costumer creation and company building. In this study, only the first stage was addressed, aiming to determine who is the target audience of the product and whether the problem that the chatbot is intended to solve is important to them. Key physicians in the conduct of clinical studies of vaccines and professionals in the field of technology with experience in the development of chatbots were intentionally invited to participate in the research. Data collection was carried out through interviews, of which two scripts were used, one aimed at medical experts, containing six questions, and another for the IT specialists, containing four questions. The data was analysed by the use of content analysis. 100% of the participants accepted the use of chatbots in the scenario of clinical research in vaccines. It was concluded that the full follow-up of these participants and the timely reporting of events can improve the efficiency of care and reduce risks related to the study data. Finally, from this project, a technical report emerged on the use of a chatbot to report adverse events in clinical vaccine research.

<description>Plano de qualificação das equipes do serviço móvel de urgência no atendimento a pessoas em sofrimento psíquico
Oliveira, Emilia Regina dos Santos
From the beginning, mental health has been shorouded in prejudice, isolation and social exclusion. In antiquity, Society believed that mental ill nesses were caused by magical or demonic actions. The madmen roamed free a formo f exclusion with the developent of cities and indústria lization. The first establishments were created to receive the mentally ill, as well as all kids of mon- productive individuals who did not fit the moral standards of the time. The first asylum institutions had the purpose of withdrawing the mentally ill from their families to minimize the risk of harm to the Community. At the time, madness came to be perceived as na inability to work and is carriers considered incapable. With the advento f psychiatric reform in Brazil, substitute services were created to absorb these patients who were released from psychiatric institutions. The Psychosocial Care Network has difficulty absorbing and providing na excelente service to all users. The emergency care network was then structured and mobile emergency care service includes in its scope of activities the care of people in psychological distress. This work had as its main objective the development of a short-term professional plan focused on pre-hospital emergency management in mental health and as a secondary objective, to carry out na integrative literature review, aiming to assist in the elaboration of this proposal. This is a methodological study that included an integrative review, wich sought to identify the difficulties that the mobile emergency care service teams face in these calls. In a Search in the databases (SCIELO, BVS, LILACS and MEDLINE) 453 text were located dealing with psychic emergencies assisted by the mobile emergency care service. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria , 12 articles were selected to composse the presente work. As a result, the lack of training stands out as difficulties in caring for psychic suffering the lack of training and the deficiente knowledge of the teams to develop the service focused on the management of psychic suffering, which indicates the need for improvements aimed at professional training. The product resulting from this study is a plan for an improvement course, especially with regard to the contentes that need to be addressed, to assist mobile emergency service professionals in pre-hospital management of mental health emergencies. It is expected with this work to highlight the need for a space to acquire knowledge and expose fears and doubts regarding emergency care in mental health. There is still a need to intervene not Only in the scope of work, but throughout the training of these professionals, implementing continuing education on this topic.

One of the commonly used coagulation laboratory tests is the analysis of the prothrombin time, but its performance in its classic form involves a long response time between requesting the test, collecting the biological material, transporting it to a specialized center, processing and release of the result. Therefore, the use of a point-of-care test for coagulation allows gains in this process. The aim of this study was to validate a rapid test for prothrombin time in pre-surgical patients. The study initially went through the ethics and research committee and after approval, it was developed in two stages, between the months of August and November 2022. The first stage took place in Porto Alegre, in the region of Vale dos Sinos and in the state of Goiás, with 9 medical professionals, through an interview via Google Meet or Teams and the second stage took place by collecting blood samples from 130 adult patients, for diagnostic accuracy. The interviews were transcribed and analyzed qualitatively, with the support of the IRaMuTeQ software, which underwent a qualitative analysis and the diagnostic accuracy underwent statistical analysis with a quantitative approach. It was found that many professionals were not aware of this type of test, but consider that it would help in different situations, facilitating the provision of care. The initial prospect of this test has not yet been reached with the development of the product at this stage, since it was not possible to obtain the classification of patients with normal or altered anticoagulated status considering the INR cutoff point of 1.5.

<description>Jogo em realidade virtual para público leigo: uma tecnologia educacional no atendimento da parada cardíaca
Attademo, Carolinne Vargas
The use of virtual reality games for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training has been shown to be relevant in health education. Serious games are an effective way of promoting the exchange of experiences and information. In this sense, a research was carried out in a private health institution in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, with the objective of producing the final version of the educational technology (ET), in a serious game format in virtual reality, called "Socorro: Parada Cardiac!!!''.The methodological study with a qualitative and quantitative approach was carried out in 6 stages. The results indicate that this TE is effective for teaching the technique in an interactive and engaging way, in addition to contributing to the players' learning. Gamification can be a complementary and effective tool for teaching CPR, but it cannot replace the importance of adequate training and constant practice. This study is part of the Project Management of Care and Systematization of Nursing Assistance in the Urgency and Emergency Care Network, of the Public Notice CAPES/COFEN 28/2019, approved by the Ethics and Research Committee (CEP) of the University of Vale dos Sinos under Opinion No. 4.300.05. As a product, the study produced the TE in a serious game format called ''Socorro: Cardiac Arrest!!!'', a mobile version with virtual reality: with the Android operating system available on the google play platform at the link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.AtomicRocket.Enfermagem, with the Health Education Research Line, of an innovative nature, contributing to the technological and social development of the health area and nursing, with impact potential for improving practice in CPR situations.

<description>Construção e validação de conteúdo para portal educativo: prevenção da dermatite associada à incontinência e cuidados de enfermagem ao paciente hospitalizado
Alves, Paulo Renato Vieira
Incontinence-associated dermatitis (IA) is defined as inflammation of the skin of the perineal, perigenital region, and adjacent areas due to contact with urine and feces. With the aging of the population and incontinence being a common event in this population, it is up to nursing to establish preventive strategies so that the incontinent patient does not develop AID. The aim of this study is to construct and validate content for an educational portal on the prevention of incontinence-associated dermatitis and nursing care for incontinent patients. This content will be hosted on the Educa-HRES Portal, located at the Restinga and Extremo-Sul Hospital in Greater Porto Alegre. Methodological design developed in three stages: 1st) Exploratory: Integrative Literature Review (RIL), seeking the best evidence for prevention of incontinence-associated dermatitis and nursing care to incontinent patients with the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), National Library Of Medicine-USA (MEDLINE), databases, EBSCO Health, CAPES Portal. In the analysis of the studies included in the RIL emerged two categories that guided and subsidized the production of educational material, which are: a) concept, risk factors and specificities about IDA; b) nursing care for the prevention and treatment of IAD; 2) development of content for the educational portal; 3rd) validation of the content of the portal, through a committee of evaluating judges. For validation, the Content Validation Index (CVI) was used, which was evaluated by a panel of specialists and stomatherapists who have extensive knowledge on the subject. The agreement between the judges reached the score was 87.6%.The product generated, according to the Technical and Technological Production of the Nursing Area, is classified as Development of Instructional Didactic Material. In addition to adherence to the Nursing Area, it constitutes a real impact, considering that it will be housed in the Educa-HRES Portal. The theme prevention of dermatitis associated with incontinence (DAI) and nursing care to the incontinent patient will be included in the Continuing Education and Training Program of the referred institution and may contribute to qualify nursing care in the prevention of DAI and nursing care to patients with the disease.

<title>Desenvolvimento e avaliação da viabilidade de um chatbot para vigilância pós-alta hospitalar de pacientes cirúrgicos</title>
<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/12690</link>
<description>Desenvolvimento e avaliação da viabilidade de um chatbot para vigilância pós-alta hospitalar de pacientes cirúrgicos
Araújo, Bruna Letícia Ramos
Introduction: Postoperative surgical site infections have significant impacts on morbidity and mortality; they are considered an adverse health care event. The Board of Directors Resolution (Resolução da Diretoria Colegiada - RDC), No. 8, dated February 27, 2009, describes the importance of epidemiological surveillance of health services that perform surgeries. It aims to search for data on patients underwent surgical procedures, in order to investigate possible infections as well as knowing the outcomes of patients regarding the presence or absence of infection, and finally, qualifying the planning of actions for improvements. Conducting an epidemiological search is the responsibility of the infection control service, and an active search using a prospective and continuous method is mandatory. Objectives: To verify the feasibility of a chatbot developed for post-discharge surveillance of surgical patients. Method: Applied research on chatbot viability for infection monitoring after surgical patient discharge. This process was carried out in two stages: 1) Development of a chatbot. In partnership with a information technology company, which works with a focus on the design of mobile technologies to serve the health segment, the chatbot was developed. 2) assessment of chatbot viability. The feasibility assessment was performed with post-discharge surgical patients, interviewed at the hospital where the study was carried out. In step 2 the patients were included undergoing surgical procedures in a large, private hospital in Rio Grande do Sul. Data collection was performed through the chatbot itself, via the Whatsapp application. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics. The research project was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the institutions involved (proponent and co-participant). The study was guided by Resolution 466/12 of the National Health Council and also by the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD), No. 13,709 of August 14, 2018. Results: 132 patients included in this study, who had been submitted to different types of surgeries, were contacted with chatbot messages 30 days after hospital discharge. The data confirmed that the tool has resolution and efficiency, due to the feedback of the users referring to the tool. We are aware that epidemiological surveillance of SSIs and their notification, in addition to care during the procedure, can improve the efficiency of care and reduce the burden of surgical infections. Conclusion: The current study made it possible to verify the feasibility of a chatbot developed for postdischarge surveillance of surgical patients, in a sample of postoperative patients in a large, private hospital located in southern Brazil. Final Product: It was constituted the feasibility of a chatbot developed for post-discharge surveillance of surgical patients as well as its assessment, which was made by those patients. Therefore, during the research, we carry out an epidemiological surveillance as recommended by Anvisa, providing from 15 to 21 days after the surgical procedures, in addition to monitoring the surgical patient in real time without the need for a professional with exclusive dedication, contributing to post-operative care after discharge. The impact of this product is related to greater agility in the post-discharge surveillance process of surgical patients, greater safety in the postoperative period, with a reduction in the risk of adverse events, such as surgical site infections and the early identification of postoperative complications. It is important to draw attention to the device, since it can be replicated in any health setting, whether hospital or primary care, regardless of the complexity of the service, and may contribute to better practices, achieving the soughtafter quality of care. The product was not registered as a patent, as the chatbot is a tool already available, but rather a new idea for using it to innovate in the area of epidemiological surveillance.

Santos, Roberta Portal Brocheir dos
The life changes that occur to chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients may cause stress and provoke several lifestyle changes. The purpose of this study was to create a mobile app to facilitate the interaction between the CKD subject and information about the disease, with the aim of simplifying the adaptation process. This was a mixed methods research developed in four phases: First phase: electronic search on LILACS, Medline and BDENF databases, using the keywords “nursing, chronic kidney disease, self-care, life quality” over the period between August 2015 to August 2020. Second phase: situational diagnosis, comprising netnographic research based on the answers to a survey answered by participating members of CKD-related Facebook groups (CKD patients or their carers). Third phase: construction of a mobile app, based on UX design prototyping techniques. Fourth phase: validation and evaluation phase, wherewith the prototype was navigated and assessed, by means of the Validation and Assessment Tool. The data was assessed using the agreement technique, applying the Content Validation Index, resulted in above 80% agreement by the analysis committee. The first and second phases results converge as evidence that the main method of adaptation and promotion of self-care are in the process of health education originated in human relations. Likewise, the interventions are in agreement, verified on Callista Roy Adaptation Model (RAM) theoretical framework applied in nursing diagnosis. It confirmed the importance of social and professional relations in health education. In the third phase, the data was related to RAM, generating the composition of the app prototype, built with FIGMA design tool. The products generated in this research were: Integrative Review, App construction, App validation. It was possible to conclude that the adaptation process occurs through the knowledge acquired by care, family and socially, where an empathic environment favours the motivation to self-care. In the digital era these are viable on mHealths technology, which answers to research questions and reaching its goals. It became evident the importance of interdisciplinarity, which has obtained positive and validated results. This study contributes to nursing, CKD patients and their carers, as it promotes better quality of life and employs digital technology. <description>Instrumento para guiar o histórico de enfermagem voltado ao atendimento de usuários que convivem com diabetes mellitus
Lindenmeyer, Cláudia Helena
Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is considered one of the biggest public health problems of our century. It is one of the most prevalent non-communicable chronic diseases worldwide and with increasing mortality rates. In this sense, the Nurse's Consultation as a private activity of the nurse can be considered fundamental in identifying health problems, in carrying out an early diagnosis and in planning care, in health interventions and in the evaluation of the resolution of each patient's treatment. Through this practice, the professional nurse can also carry out prevention, promotion and health education actions from the perspective of comprehensive care. The objective was to build an instrument to guide the completion of the Nursing History aimed at the care of users living with Diabetes Mellitus in Primary Health Care (PHC) in the city of São Leopoldo/RS. A methodological research was proposed that includes three stages. In the first stage: a) description of the health network in the municipality of São Leopoldo; b) cross-sectional study, linked to the Research Project, approved by CNPq edict 27/20 and coordinated by the Graduate Program of the Professional Master's Degree in Nursing, at the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos – UNISINOS; c) focus group with Primary Health Care nurses; and d) documentary research. Second stage: construction of an instrument to guide the elaboration of the Nursing History aimed at users who live with Diabetes Mellitus. Third step: validation of the instrument. It was found that the network in São Leopoldo has a coverage of 41.62% of the population. In this network, 4,601 medical records of users who live with chronic diseases, such as Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus and obesity, were researched. Of these, 36.2% were diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus. A focus group was carried out with six nurses from the Primary Health Care network in the municipality and, after analyzing the speeches, two categories were identified: strengths in the assistance to users who live with Diabetes Mellitus and challenges in the assistance to users who live with Diabetes Mellitus , plus five subcategories. From the results of the first stage, the product of the study was elaborated and validated: an instrument to guide the elaboration of the Nursing History aimed at the care of users who live with Diabetes Mellitus, promoting the implementation of the Nursing Process. It was discussed that care for users with Diabetes Mellitus represents a major challenge for health professionals, especially for nurses. In this sense, the construction and validation of the instrument to guide the Nursing History will be able to qualify the care for this user, focusing on improving adherence to treatment, preventing the exacerbation of the disease and reducing and preventing sequelae, which may also result in the improve the quality of life of this population. The product of this research, an instrument to guide the Nursing History, will be able to qualify the Nurse's consultation in the perspective of enabling the recording of the necessary aspects to be addressed in the consultation, as well as planning the actions of professionals in the care of the user with Diabetes Mellitus in the Attention Primary to Health.

<description>Programa de aromaterapia para profissionais de enfermagem que atuam no cuidado de pacientes críticos : massagem com óleo essencial de Lavandula angustifolia como estratégia no enfrentamento do estresse ocupacional
Lima, Carine Schneider de
Introduction: the occupational stress is a condition present in the health area, highlighting the context that involves the nursing professionals. As a strategy to confront this grievance, the use of integrative and complementary health practices, focused on the attention of workers' health, can contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of nursing professionals in situations of occupational stress. Objectives: to develop an aromatherapy program, through massage with cream containing essential oil of Lavandula angustifolia, applied to nursing professionals who work in a hospital intensive care unit (ICU). Method: methodological study developed in three stages: 1) educational action with an awareness workshop followed by research on the subject through an online form; 2) massage session with Lavandula angustifolia essential oil cream at a concentration of 1% and interview about the experience during the massage session; 3) development of an aromatherapy program for nursing professionals working in the care of critically ill patients. Results: 33 nursing professionals from the ICU under study participated in the sensitization workshop. At the end of the activity, 29 agreed to participate in the research by answering an online form about the theme (Stage 1). The analysis of the form indicated that they experience situations of occupational stress, which justifies the importance of an aromatherapy program aiming at coping with occupational stress. Stage 2 consisted of a massage session with Lavandula angustifolia essential oil cream, in which 28 nursing&#13;
professionals participated. They also answered an interview about the experience of&#13;
the massage session, which was scheduled for after their return to work in the ICU. The analysis generated three categories: 1) massage with lavender essential oil cream as a strategy to cope with occupational stress; 2) need for help to cope with occupational stress; 3) suggestions for the development of an aromatherapy program with lavender essential oil for nursing professionals. In Stage 3, the Program named UTI Aroma was elaborated, considering the needs and suggestions of the participants of stages 1 and 2. The Program will be implemented in the ICU under study with the creation of the Aromatherapy Group, which will be constituted by trained ICU nursing professionals, who will apply the massage with cream to other colleagues of the nursing team, during the work shift. Conclusion: the creation of the Programa UTI Aroma for nursing professionals working in the care of critically ill patients in an ICU was based on the needs mentioned by the research participants, which may strengthen the team's adherence. It shows to be a powerful tool for coping with occupational stress, being of low financial cost, contributing to promote mental health and to combat occupational stress. The Program may be replicated in other workplaces nationwide, with real impact on the quality of care provided to critically ill patients. The registration of the trademark "Programa UTI Aroma" is in process with the Instituto Nacional de Propriedade Industrial (INPI) and after its evaluation and validation, the researcher will disclose it to other health institutions, aiming to build&#13;
partnerships to strengthen integrative and complementary health practices. Product&#13;
generated from the TCC: creation of the "Programa UTI Aroma" for nursing professionals who work with critical patient care in an ICU. Classified in the Nursing Area as "Process/technology and product/material not patentable".

<description>Sistematização da assistência de enfermagem à saúde de adolescentes no âmbito da atenção primária no município de São Leopoldo (RS)
Marques, Tisiane Molder
In Brazil, the health of adolescents and young adults have recently been a subject of discussion in health policies and in requirements to qualify professionals in the health care system, specifically in primary care systems that require purposeful intervention of nurses with the aim to integralize attention to health. The objective of this paper is to elaborate and propose the implementation of the Systematization of Nursing Care (Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem [SAE]), under São Leopoldo's/RS Basic Health Care (BHC) from the understanding of the specific needs of the county's youths and from programmed guidelines of federal and state health laws. This study takes place in the city of São Leopoldo/RS, considering indicators related to conditions of vulnerability, morbidity and mortality of the city's youth population. This study's approach is qualiquantative, developed in two stages, being the first an elaboration of sociodemographic and epidemiological profiles of adolescents and the mapping of the primary health and teenage protection networks; the second stage involved presential surveys, made up of six formative meetings with eight nurses actively working in the city's BHC network. In light of this research's qualitative methodology, the transcription of the meetings' audios was analyzed and the emerging themes were classified and contextualized. Based on health indicators, as well as on the categories of analysis, the results of this study pointed out vulnerabilities regarding sexual and reproductive health, with emphasis on pregnancy and its outcomes in early adolescence (ages 10-14) and on sexually transmitted diseases in the ages of 15 to 19 years old. Teenagers ages 15 to 19 were seen to be more vulnerable to interpersonal violence, whether as perpetrators of the offense or as victims, being aggression the prevalent cause of death. From the process of generating this research came the creation of products of a technological-educational nature and a systematization of nurse care, such as: a) a Guide to Adolescent Nursing Care in Primary Care; b) a Virtual Library - Adolescent Health; c) an Interactive map and online network of health care and protection of adolescents in São Leopoldo, and d) a matrix for the implementation of the Permanent Education Program for Nurses in Adolescent Health. With these accomplishments it was possible to strengthen and qualify the health care of adolescents in São Leopoldo, as well as systemize nurse care for this specific population in BHC, having in mind the needs of the adolescents and the context in which health care professionals are inserted. The present research is incorporated in the Project "NURSING RESEARCH AND INTERVENTION: Systematization of Nursing Care to strengthen the Health Network in São Leopoldo/RS" (PESQUISA E INTERVENÇÃO EM ENFERMAGEM: Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE) para fortalecimento da Rede de Saúde de São Leopoldo [PISAE-SL]), linked to the Postgraduate Master’s Program in Nursing, of the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS). PISAESL was contemplated in the Capes / Cofen 27/27 Bid Notice.

<description>Jogo para capacitação de leigo em parada cardiorrespiratória extra-hospitalar: prototipagem e validação de conteúdo
Bossle, Marivoni Teixeira
Cardiopulmonary arrest (CPA) is a pathology of great proportions in morbimortality. It is estimated that approximately 50% of CPAs occur in an extra-hospital environment and, for most of them, are witnessed by lay people, so it is important that they know how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) maneuvers. This maneuver is a simple and potentially life-saving method that can be performed by individuals in the community, without the need for equipment or the requirement of being a health professional. To this end, the need for CPR training aimed at the general population is highlighted. Educational technologies (TE) are strategies for building knowledge about Cardiopulmonary Arrest and acquisition of competences to perform CPR by the lay public. Aim: to develop a game, in virtual reality, for the training of lay people in extra-hospital cardiopulmonary arrest. Method: This is a methodological research of technological production, where a EdTech was developed, through serious games, aimed at training lay people in CPR. The study was developed in five stages: stage I consisted of an integrative review (IR) of the literature on the use of serious games in virtual reality for training lay people in CPA outside healthcare facilities. Stage II contemplated a situational diagnosis aiming to know the initiatives of lay people regarding CPA, through a questionnaire made available on social networks. In stage III, following Novak's recommendations, EdTech was developed through the construction of the game entitled “Help: Cardiac Arrest!”, in partnership with experimental studio Atomic Rocket Entertainment of the Technological Bachelor in Digital Games Development at Unisinos. Stage IV consisted in the validation of the EdTech, by expert judges in the health field, with experience in urgency and emergency. Results: the literature review occurred in online databases, published from 2015 to 2020, which resulted in the selection of 6 articles, according to the inclusion criteria. Virtual reality was identified as a promising EdTech for training lay people in CPR. The situational diagnosis showed that 74,9% (n = 281) of the lay people interviewed would not know how to recognize a victim in CPA; 67,5% (n = 253) would not feel able to rescue friends or relatives, and 84,6%; (n = 317) would not perform any type of intervention on a stranger. In the TE validation process, the judges evaluated seventeen items in the three domains (objectives, structure/presentation, and relevance), where there was a level of confidence agreement = 99%, adequacy index of each item = 95%, and proportional difference = 10%, as for the internal consistency analysis of the IVCES items, ICC = 0.875 was obtained. The validation of the game by the target population could not be contemplated. Final considerations: The game “Help: Cardiac Arrest!” was considered valid by expert judges, being its use appropriate to promote strategies of teaching and learning in an immersive, interactive and creative way. Product: The product of this master's thesis consists of the development of didactic instructional material, in the form of a serious game in virtual reality entitled "Help: Cardiac Arrest!", to be applied in training processes in Extra-Hospital Cardiopulmonary Arrest with lay people, available at &lt;https://atomicrocket.itch.io/socorroparadacardiaca&gt; in PC version.

<description>Tecnologia educativa em primeiros socorros para estudantes do ensino fundamental
Mello, Kélli Christiane
Accidents in childhood and adolescence are, majority, preventable and, if it’s not properly attended to, can lead to grave sequelae or progress to death. Worldwide, every day, about 2,000 children and adolescents die because of accidental injuries. Given the magnitude of the phenomenon, literature and public policies around the world emphasize the relevance of preventive approaches, an example of teaching and the inclusion of first aid in the school context. Thus, the objective of this study is: Develop an educational technology (ET) for learning first aid, in the school environment, which covers children and adolescents. Methodological study developed in a large municipal school with the Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU) in Porto Alegre, covering the stages: literature review, situational diagnosis, development of ET and planning for its implementation. It was identified in the literature that the themes most worked with the school public are: cardiopulmonary resuscitation, burns and choking. Teachers participating in the research pointed out bleeding, abrasions and fractures as the most frequent accidents and suggested their inclusion in situations of fainting, nosebleed, cuts, shortness of breath and care for wounds. The products developed resulting from the research were: a) scope review article addressing educational methodologies in learning first aid in schools; b) Virtual Library to provide subsidies to the school community in theoretical and practical knowledge on the subject (access at: https://sites.google.com/view/bvpisa/adolescents/primeiros-gicos); and, c) First Aid Workshop for elementary school students, comprising four matrices: programmatic, conceptual, methodological, and operative, wich aims that the students can develop skills to recognize urgent/emergency and first aid situations, activate a specialized team correctly, when necessary, and perform basic service maneuvers with safety and quality. In the proposed planning for its implementation, the importance of continuity in the partnerships established between the university (undergraduate, lato and stricto sensu courses in the areas of education, nursing, medicine, among others), the school and the SAMU, as well as the pact with the municipal education management to encourage the teaching network to play a leading role in learning about accident prevention and providing first aid in the school environment, family and community environments. These initiatives show the possibility of applicability in different scenarios and the high impact of ET, as it provides opportunities for improving practices in health education.

<description>Implantação de um time de terapia intravenosa em um hospital de grande porte da Serra Gaúcha
Tamagno, Schirlei Andréia
Health services are essential for health care, and the monitoring of risks and adverse events is related to the quality of care, with health care-related infections (HAI) being commonly mentioned as an important threat to patient safety. Assistance related to the implantation and manipulation of vascular accesses is also fraught with risks for the patient. However, such technology has become indispensable to care practice, making it necessary to search for best practices, aiming at quality and safety. This study aims to build and implement an intravenous therapy team in a large hospital in Serra Gaúcha, a reference in traumatology. This is a methodological study consisting of two steps. The study population involved nurses from different hospital care units. Nurses were invited to participate in the study after being nominated by the nursing management. This project was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the proposing institution and the co-participant. After approval of the research project, data collection began, which was carried out in two stages: a) qualitative exploratory phase, carried out through a focus group; and b) educational intervention phase, carried out through training meetings, with application of pre and post-test. Data from the first phase were analyzed from the perspective of content analysis and data from the pre- and post-test were described in an Excel table. Finally, nine nurses participated in the research. The data from the focus group meetings allowed us to list three categories: care in the insertion and handling of central venous catheters; complications related to the use of central venous catheters; and safety in intravenous therapy. The study made it possible to build and implement an intravenous therapy team in a large hospital in Serra Gaúcha, which was validated by the intravenous therapy team and approved by the hospital's management. Therefore, the products from this study stand out: formation of an intravenous therapy team; training of the intravenous therapy team; and the elaboration of a guiding document for intravenous therapy.

Due to general education advocated by the National Curriculum Guidelines, the Pediatric Intensive Care nurse develops and builds their knowledge in everyday care with their peers through observation, practice and educational activities in service. In order to study the subject and assist professional development, this research aims to propose a program of Permanent Education in Health Education and qualification of care developed by a team of nurses in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Through qualitative research methodology, descriptive and exploratory stages of research with nurses working in this care unit were performed. The first step consisted in individual semi-structured interviews with eight participants, where the reports were categorized and discussed again with the latter, now in a focus group interview. In this group were reflected and pointed proposed to be used in the program design. The results were the emergence of four categories named as "the need for management and leadership; interpersonal aspects; deepening the technical knowledge and its importance for educational practice aspects. With possession of these tools and reflections it was elaborated, as the product of research, an educational program for these professionals. Divided into two "moments" - for those who will be presented with a new scenario and who is already part of it for over six months, activities to be practiced, reflections and educational proposals for each are described. The considerations presented reflect about learning to act, in daily work, where the needs of these professionals to critically ill children rush on affective issues, technical expertise, leadership and significant groups of methodologies, learning to be and learning to act. Also addresses the need for social, cultural and political education, also important for the development of professional citizen. It brings questions as supply and demand for expertise in this area and future research that can be developed as curricular changes and arrays of in-service training specific to this area.

<description>Contribuição do Método Pilates na dor lombar crônica específica e não específica: uma revisão sistemática e elaboração de um aplicativo móvel em saúde sobre exercícios de pilates para dor lombar crônica
Pires, Larissa Cinara Brunnquell
Low back pain is the second most common cause of general medical consultations, which makes it a very common health issue in the current society. 65% to 80% of the world population will develop an episode of back pain at some point of life, but with spontaneous resolution of the case. Among several current existing exercise programs to the prevention and treatment of lower back pain the Pilates Method is highlighted created by German Joseph Humbertus Pilates. The purpose of this work was to verify that the Pilates method reduces pain in adults with chronic low back pain specific and nonspecific and develop a mobile application with demonstration of Pilates Method’s most effective exercises for the low back pain treatment in adults. Methodology: Considering the possible benefit that Pilates Method can generate for the improvement of the chronic low back pain, one conducted a systematic review through the national and international researches analysis published until January 2014, which investigated the use of Method Pilates’ exercises in patients with lumbar pain. The search for studies used the following databases: Medline through PubMed interface, PEDro, Capes, Cochrane Library and Science Direct. One assessed the methodological quality through PEDro scale. Results: One has found 17 articles, with three systematic reviews and 14 empirical articles. The treatment was performed with exercises based on Pilates Method compared with minimal intervention (they maintained their daily activities) and general exercises (cycling; stretching; posture). These studies suggest that Method Pilates’ exercises in treatment of lumbar pain can help to reduce pain in individuals with low back pain compared to those who did not suffer minimal intervention and to the other exercise programs. The scores of the methodological quality by PEDro scale has ranged from two to eight points in a scale of zero to ten points. Conclusion: The studies included in this systematic review suggest that Pilates Method is effective in reducing short-term lumbar pain and it can be an alternative treatment to low back pain’s cases. Although effective, the treatment results for low back pain through this method is similar to other treatment forms, because other regular physical activities that work abdominal and lower limb strengthening (MMII) promote pain reduction. However, the advantage of Pilates Method is that besides pain reduction, it can improve flexibility and proprioception, reflecting in life quality of patients.

<description>Punção venosa periférica com cateter curto guiado por ultrassom: construção de um protocolo assistencial
Bolina, José Ricardo de Oliveira
The process of obtaining peripheral venous access is one of the most present in the daily activities of nurses working at hospitals. The technique of obtaining peripheral venous access ultrasound-guided has been established based on the experiences of insertion of central catheters, showing its benefits in obtaining peripheral venous access in patients considered to be with difficult venous access. OBJECTIVE: To develop a nursing care protocol to puncture with short peripheral venous access catheter ultrasound-guided through a systematic review. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Exploratory study conducted in databases obtained through the descriptors in MeSH/Decs: peripheral Catheterization; Ultrasonic; Vascular Access; Vascular access device. The systematization of information followed the methodology PICO (Patient, Intervention, Comparison, Outcomes) comprising articles written in English, Spanish or Portuguese, from 2004 that were classified according to the degree of recommendation and level of evidence approach to treatment, prevention, etiology and diagnosis system from Oxford Centre for Evidence Based Medicine and Grading of recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation - GRADE. All copyrights are preserved. RESULTS: The search resulted in 2,641,799 articles. Among them, 88,899 were from BVS/LILACS, 5,333 from Cochrane Library, 103,212 from ProQuest Nursing, and 1,656,155 from PUBMED/MEDLINE. After using Boolean operators, reading titles and abstracts, and applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, 24 articles resulted. The construction of the protocol followed the recommendations outlined by methodological guidelines Canadian Coordinating Office for Health Technology Assessment (2003); National Institute for Clinical Excellence (2004); Evaluation and Danish Center for Health Technology Assessment (2005); and Cameron et al. (2008). CONCLUSION: The use of ultrasound to guide vascular access procedures ensures accurate visualization of the vessel and of the needle progression. It also reduces the number of attempts, improves success rates of insertion of lancing device, minimizes complications related to puncture errors and reduces insertion time, ensuring greater efficiency. The procedure standardization through a protocol and training program to develop the specific use of ultrasound equipment associated with the puncture technique, with an understanding of indications and limitations of technical and theoretical skills, assists nurses to perform correct indication of resource use.

<description>Proposta de implantação da escala de alerta precoce modificado (MEWS) em unidades de internação hospitalar
Sehnem, Gabriela Corrêa
INTRODUCTION: Patients hospitalized in hospitalization units are susceptible to worsening of their clinical condition. The identification of these warning signs is usually done by the nurse and can be performed by the modified Early Warning Score (MEWS) tool. OBJECTIVE: To elaborate a proposal to implement the MEWS scale for the activation of the rapid response team (TRR) in clinical and surgical hospital admission unit of a private hospital in Porto Alegre/RS. METHOD: Retrospective cohort study from January to August 2015, conducted in 115 TRR service records. The vital signs were evaluated at the time of the call, in addition to 24 and 48h before the activation to determine the MEWS value, as recommended. Data as the reason for the call, outcomes, sex and age were collected to present the appropriate associations. ETHICAL ASPECTS: The project was approved by the Ethics and Research Committee of UNISINOS and HED with opinion № 1,507,674. RESULTS: 39% of the patients (of the 115 analyzed sheets) ) Were transferred to the Intensive Care Unit. A MEWS value of four presents a relative risk for this outcome of 1.38 (95% CI 1.04 to 1.84). From this data the MEWS was inserted in the TRR protocol and a call flow chart was proposed using the scale. CONCLUSION: The use of MEWS in hospitalization units as an inpatient evaluation tool implies the detection of warning signs and predicts Severity of the case and, consequently, is related to a better clinical outcome. In addition, the scale assists in the organization of the nursing work process and facilitates the care provided to the patient by the nurse.

<description>Avaliação da eficácia da terapia complementar não-farmacológica na administração de auto-plasma rico em plaquetas na reparação tecidual de úlceras crônicas de membros inferiores
Pasinato, Cinthia Zenker
The ulcers of the lower limbs may be related to various etiologies, among them diabetes, venous insufficiency, arterial insufficiency or by pressure due to prolonged contact with hard surfaces. AIM: This paper aims to verify whether non-pharmacological complementary therapy administration of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) accelerates tissue repair in chronic ulcers of the lower limbs. MATERIAL AND METHODS: A multiple study on patients with chronic ulcers of the lower limbs cases performed in outpatient services of a large hospital in Porto Alegre-RS. The cases were selected until theoretical exhaustion and similarities in the results. This study included ulcers of any etiology and excluded patients who had traumatic nerve damage, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, celiac disease, Hansen's disease, Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome, acromegaly, sarcoidosis, cancer, systemic vasculitis; with the use of metronidazole, phenytoin, nitrofurantoin, amitriptyline, zidovudine (AZT), isoniazid, statins, amiodarone, cyclophosphamide, colchicines and vincristine; previous surgery for skin grafts in ulcer, presence of significant anemia, other causes of distal symmetric sensory and motor polyneuropathy such as hypothyroidism and a history of severe alcohol consumption. Data was collected by structured interview, observation and systematic review of the ulcer and photographic records. The application of PRP occurred on the first day after the assessment and subsequent applications in 7 days, 14 days, 22 days, 39 days, 54 days, 69 days, 89 days and 99 days. The analysis used was proposed by Glaser and Strauss (1967), which consists in developing a grounded theory through several procedures, gathering a volume of data related to the studied phenomenon. This study was approved by the ERCs of the institutions involved. RESULTS: Four ulcers met the criteria for selection of two male participants, one 49-year-old man, diabetic and hypertensive and a 79-year-old man with hypertension and arterial ischemia in the left lower limb and anticoagulated. It was possible to observe the complete closure of the wound, and a significant reduction of the other two treated with PRP. Only an ulcer showed no improvement related to its size, but there was a positive trend with regard to the presentation of tissue and the edges of it. Ulcers are of different etiologies, duration and size, thus experiencing different answers as to the speed and percentage of healing. We observed that age, ITB and use of anti platelet aggregator are factors that influence the outcome. CONCLUSION: The effect of PRP on the healing process of chronic wounds in the cases studied was effective in relation to therapies previously used. We hope this study may be a precursor to new methodological approaches for the validation of the technique of obtaining PRP, as well as for its popularization in health services.

<description>Protocolo clínico-assistencial para uso de cobertura primária de plasma rico em plaquetas em úlceras crônicas diabéticas de membros inferiores
Mello, Alexandre Formighieri de
AIM: The treatment of chronic wounds is historically quite complex, especially ulcers of lower limbs seen in diabetic patients – wounds which not always develop the healing process and often perpetuate it for months and may affect individuals for years. The application of growth factors in the granulation phase on these wounds has been an alternative to provide stimulus to effective cure as well the activation of this process. The aim was develop a clinical protocol for primary coverage of platelet rich plasma in diabetic chronic lower limb ulcers, through an exploratory study. The elements for the construction were operationalized in four steps: observation of the patient to construct research questions, search for evidence, literature review and construction of the protocol. The bibliographic search in the databases resulted in 1784 articles. Form all these, 47 by LILACS, 89 by COCHRANE and 235 by PUBMED. After reading the title and abstracts and application of inclusion and exclusion criteria, we produced 18 articles. The construction of this clinical protocol involved analysis of patient care with chronic wounds on lower limbs, in order to select best practices and scientific evidence from literature and nurses’ professional experience who contributed to this work.

<description>Desenvolvimento de um portal educativo sobre fertilização in vitro com oócitos doados
Robin, Fernanda Kunrath
The assisted human reproduction technology (ART) has been increasingly sought after by couples / people with some type of infertility. The postponement of maternity, genetic and oncological diseases and early ovarian failure &#13;
are the main reasons to increase in the number of in-vitro fertilization cycles &#13;
with oocyte donation. The main objective of this study was to develop and validate an &#13;
educational portal providing information and guidance about IVF cycle with donor eggs. Methodological study was developed in three phases: 1) a quantitative descriptive study that aimed to: a) characterize the women who underwent IVF cycles with donor eggs at the assisted reproduction clinic in study, from January / 2017 to April / 2020. The variables were: age, origin and diagnosis that allows them to resort to this &#13;
technique; b) characterize the IVF cycles with donor eggs as to the number &#13;
carried out each year of this research, origin of the egg, Preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) technique usage, number of embryos transferred &#13;
per cycle and cycle results and outcomes; 2) qualitative study, which investigated &#13;
how heterosexual couples and women faced the IVF cycle with donor eggs; 3) construction and validation of the educational portal. In Step 1, quantitative data collection was performed in the records of the 222 women who underwent &#13;
IVF cycles with donor eggs during the study period. Descriptive statistics were used for data analysis. In Step 2, referring to the qualitative study, the participants &#13;
were heterosexual couples and women who became pregnant at the clinic in &#13;
study, from January 2017 to February 2020 through eggs donation. The data collection was carried out by an electronic questionnaire, with open questions about the topic under study. The data processing was performed using the software IRAMUTEQ. In Step 3, the educational portal was made considering the results of qualitative and quantitative studies. The steps followed: a) needs analysis; b) design; c) development; &#13;
d) implementation and evaluation; e) overhaul and maintenance. The themes elaboration of the portal emerged from the speeches of the participants of the qualitative stage. The content was prepared based on current theoretical framework, standards and current Brazilian legislation. The validation of the portal content was performed by 10 health women judges: nurses (6), midwives (2), matron (1) and surgical instrumentalist (1); from Brazil (06), Peru (02), Argentina (01) and Chile (01). The analysis of portal validation was by the Content Validity Index (CVI) &amp; gt; 0.8, obtaining CVI average of 0.96. The validation of the portal technology occurred through the program Google Lighthouse, obtaining 91.5 points, which demonstrated that the portal has great performance criteria. The results show a high level of agreement &#13;
for the applicability of the educational portal, which may support the dissemination of the egg donation treatment. In addition, the portal can be used as a basis for &#13;
research by couples, women / men who needs to resort to egg donation, &#13;
health professionals and people interested in the topic. , the product generated &#13;

<title>Desenvolvimento de um dispositivo para quantificação de níveis de lactato com aplicação para detecção de risco de sepse</title>
<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/9796</link>
<description>Desenvolvimento de um dispositivo para quantificação de níveis de lactato com aplicação para detecção de risco de sepse
Moreira, Julia Konzen
Sepsis is the disease that kills the most worldwide and affects millions of people every year, it also has high mortality rates that are associated with delayed diagnosis due to the centralization and complexity of laboratory tests. Blood lactate is considered a biomarker to identify the risk of sepsis when added to the other criteria that make up the SEPSE-3 consensus widely adopted in the world. Currently, to detect this biomarker, laboratory structures, equipment, reagents, inputs and qualified professionals are required. This complexity delays the identification of the risk of sepsis and makes it difficult to monitor patients. Also, the lack of access to lactate testing in low to medium income countries goes beyond its absence in extra-hospital environments. Therefore, the availability and use of tests to detect lactate levels from portable point-of-care (POC) devices allows for a quick result that streamlines the decision-making process of healthcare professionals and impacts on the reduction in patients' morbidity and mortality rates. The present work refers to the development of a technological product developed in the context of the Professional Master's in Nursing in partnership with the Semiconductor Institute (ITT Chip), both belonging to UNISINOS. The research developed a device to detect the lactate level through enzymatic reaction and detection of an electrical signal with potential for application in the care of patients at risk of sepsis.&#13;
In this work, six devices were produced through different design dimensions, using photographic paper substrate and silicon foil. Conductive materials such as Aluminum, Silver, Gold and Graphene Nanoparticles Paint were deposited on the substrates through methods of manual deposition, screen printing, printing, thermal transfer and microfabrication. All the constructions produced were characterized and subjected to electrical measurements to differentiate lactate concentrations by changing the electrical current detected by chronoamperometry from an oxidoreduction reaction. Devices built using the microfabrication method, using gold as a conductive material, showed a better ability to differentiate lactate concentrations based on the increase in the electric current in relation to the increase in lactate concentration. Thus, it is possible to prospect that, after a clinical validation study with biological samples, this technology will be applicable in the scenario of care for patients with suspected sepsis or other diseases considered time-dependent to detect serum lactate levels.

Burns are a public health problem in developing countries. Although they are not a frequent cause of death, they require long hospital admissions and highly specialized rehabilitation care. Nonetheless, literature indicates that nursing professionals lack knowledge about care in the resuscitation and acute phases, which may impact the prognosis. This study aims to conceive and validate an educational portal for nurses, focused on hospital care for major burn patients. This is a methodological research developed in three steps: construction and validation of the structure of the educational portal concept; construction of the educational portal; validation of the educational portal regarding the content, semantics and technology quality. The building of the conceptual basis structure, composed of topics, was supported by the analysis of the structure of national and international guidelines, which orient nursing care for the serious burn patients. Validation was performed based on the percentage of agreement. Experts, nurses with experience in the care of burn patients and nurses working in emergency rooms and intensive care units participated in the process. To build the educational portal, the following steps were attended: a) analysis of the needs; b) design; c) development; d) implementation and evaluation; e) review and maintenance. For content and semantic validation, content validity index (CVI) was considered &gt;0.8. The technology quality was validated through Google Lighthouse, an automated open source tool run as a Chrome extension that qualifies web applications by assigning scores from 90 to 100.  Participants in the validation of the conceptual basis for the educational portal were 14 experts and four representatives of the target audience. Eighteen topics were proposed, of which seventeen obtained a percentage of agreement greater than or equal to 90%. Thus, the validated conceptual basis is composed of the following topics: burn evaluation, initial burn care, airways and inhalation injury, burn shock, burn care, electrical burn, chemical burn, burn in children, burn in elderlies, psychiatric conditions and psychosocial conditions, criteria for transfer to burn treatment center, surgical treatment and care, pain, nutritional support, infection, rehabilitation and formation of the multidisciplinary team. For content production, an integrative review was carried out including guidelines, consensus, protocols or society guidelines published in the last five years (2015-2020), which resulted in 14 publications analyzed. Content validation by eight experts indicates CVI &gt; 0.8 for all topics, with mean CVI of 0.98. Semantic validation, by seven representatives of the target audience, points to CVI of 1 for all criteria evaluated. The validation of the quality of the educational portal showed an average score of 77.7, which reflects good performance. The results show high agreement for the applicability of the educational portal, which may support the dissemination of the best care practices, based on evidence, aimed at the care of the serious burn patients. Thus, the products generated in this research form the Portal Grande Queimado, which can be accessed through the domain http://grandequeimado.com.br, and the creation of the brand Portal Grande Queimado, which is waiting for registration.

The present study is a qualitative study, linked to the research line “Health Care and Nursing in the Graduate Program of the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos - Professional Master's Degree in Nursing”. It has as objective and product of the Master, the elaboration of an educational video: Scientific evidence for the nursing assistance in the immediate transfusion reactions. To search for scientific evidence for the development of the video, an integrative literature review was carried out in the databases SCIELO, BDENF, CINAHL (via EBSCOHOST), CAPES, Public MEDLINE (via PUBMED and BIREME and LILACS. For the development of this study, the scope of the guide focused on the research question: What are the recommendations for the development of an educational technology (ET) in nursing care in immediate transfusion reactions (ITR)? The research followed the format of the acronym PICO to answer specific questions about the main recommendations for nursing care in immediate transfusion reactions. To evaluate the quality of the studies, the GRADE system was used. The data search strategy resulted in 48 articles of which 11 were included in the survey. The educational video resulted from the main scientific evidence presented on the topic, which was reviewed by six reviewers using the IVCES instrument. It is concluded that the construction of this video will serve to corroborate for the training of nursing professionals from different institutions that work directly with blood transfusion.

<description>Proposta de implantação do comitê de prevenção de mortalidade infantil e fetal Gramado-RS
Oliveira, Márcia Cecília Picollotto de
Fetal and infant mortality, although it has declined in recent decades, remains a major challenge for Brazilian Public Health. Studies regarding the subject point out that most of the occurrences are classified as preventable, which result from biological, social, cultural factors and the health system failures. This analysis is a powerful indicator for the qualification of obstetric and neonatal care, especially in relation to preventable causes. The investigation of the occurrences is the responsibility of the municipal Epidemiological Surveillance, which takes place with the assistance of the regional health coordinators. Although mandatory, the proportion of infant and fetal deaths investigated in the country is still low, especially in the states of the North and Northeast regions. In line with this perspective, aiming to induce these analytical processes in the daily routine of services, the Ministry of Health, in 2004, proposed to the federated entities the institution of the Fetal and Infant Mortality Prevention Committees, which should offer visibility, follow and monitor infant and fetal deaths, while proposing interventions to reduce mortality at the local level. Within this, an attempt was made to carry out an analysis of fetal and neonatal mortality in the period from 2017 to 2019 in the municipality of Gramado/RS and to propose the implementation of the Prevention Committee in the Municipality. This is a qualitative and quantitative research, with a retrospective design, based on documents supported by direct research in the investigation records of fetal and neonatal deaths in the municipal epidemiological surveillance sector. Data analysis was based on descriptive statistics, presenting as result in the period of this study, 56% (n: 10) of neonatal deaths, followed by 44% (n: 8) of fetal deaths, of which 61% (n: 11) were extremely premature, 22% (n: 4) were within the regular gestational period and 17% (n: 3) were premature. From the neonatal deaths, 50% (n: 5) occurred within 24 hours of life. Regarding the birth weight, 30% (n: 3) weighed more than 2,500g, 10% (n: 1) weight 2,500g to 1500g and 60% (n: 6) weight less than 1,500g. From the fetal deaths, 37.5% (n: 3) weighed more than 2,500g and 62,5% (n: 5) weighed less than 1500g. There was a predominance of white women (72%, n: 13), with complete high school education (44%, n: 8), aged between 20-34 years (62%, n: 13) and with partner (61%, n: 11). Multiparity was predominant (67%, n: 12). 56% (n: 10) did not have history of abortion and 94% (n: 17) were single pregnancies. In relation to the gestational risk previously estimated, the low risk prevailed, at 66.6% (n: 12). The access to prenatal care of 67% (n: 12) occurred in the first trimester of pregnancy. 65% (n: 11) performed prenatal care in the public network and 35% (n: 6) in the private network. 95% (n: 15) had some gestational risk factor. The product generated from this study was the proposal for implantation by the Municipal Health Secretariat of the Child and Fetal Mortality Committee in the municipality of Gramado, constituting the presentation of the documents: Construction of the proposal for the implementation of the child and fetal mortality prevention committee Gramado-RS ; Results of the characterization of fetal and neonatal mortality in the municipality; Contextualization of records related to pregnancy risks and delivery outcome; Committee Charter.

<description>Terapia comunitária integrativa no quadro depressivo de adultos
Sausen, Marla Nedel
The objective of this study was to implement the Integrative Community Therapy in a basic Family Health Unit, in adults between 18 and 59 years old, of both sexes, diagnosed with depression, using fluoxetine, as a complementary treatment to the medication and to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention. This is qualitative and quantitative methods, whose investigation scenario was in the metropolitan region of Rio Grande do Sul. The data were collected from the data collection questionnaire, Hamilton Scale (HAM -D21), and Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-II), assessed before and after the intervention (n = 20). The study included women aged between 40 and 59 years, predominantly white (90%), 50% with incomplete elementary education, 85% in treatment for more than 1 year; 75% with a history of previous depression. The intervention was organized in 8 sessions with variable frequency, two of them without participants; the predominant theme was family conflicts; No patient participated in all sessions, 50% did not attend any, 25% participated in 1 to 2 sessions. In the participating group, In the participating group, 10% participated in 5 to 6 sessions. Despite the low adherence to the intervention, 100% of the participants would recommend TCI to other people, although 50% affirm that the therapy contributes little to the improvement of their depressive condition in the period. The emotional support reported during therapy was considered good or excellent by 100% of the group. The symptoms showed a reduction in the classification scores after the intervention; The evaluated efficacy (HAM-D21) was not achieved, and there were no cases of remission.
