<title>Não convencionais para quem? Uma crítica contracolonialista às Plantas Alimentícias Não Convencionais (PANC) no Brasil</title>

<description>Não convencionais para quem? Uma crítica contracolonialista às Plantas Alimentícias Não Convencionais (PANC) no Brasil
Oliveira, Bruna Pedroso Thomaz de
This study is characterized as qualitative, with an exploratory descriptive&#13;
approach, having as a theoretical-methodological foundation Conceição Evaristo's&#13;
Escrevivência, in an Afro-ethnographic key, based on the work of Zora Neal Hurston.&#13;
It aimed to analyze the concept of Non-Conventional Food Plants (PANC, acronym in&#13;
Portuguese) in Brazil, through social sciences, in an Afro-oriented debate. Emerging&#13;
in Brazil, PANC can be considered more than a concept that typifies a portion of edible&#13;
plants in the country. It mobilizes collective practices, forming a social fabric that can&#13;
be understood by comprehensive theories. However, this concept, as well as its social&#13;
consequences, has ethnic-racial impacts that deserve attention. In this sense, we show&#13;
the incompleteness perceived in it, as well as in its social mobilization as it is placed in&#13;
Brazilian society today, in a dialogue with the countercolonization proposed by Antônio&#13;
Bispo dos Santos. This journey of darkening the understanding of PANC is presented&#13;
in experiential cycles, through which an empirical and theoretical articulation is made,&#13;
revising the sociogenesis of the concept. Everything is done in dialogue with the&#13;
author's story, together with the stories of other black women. The characterization of&#13;
the social field mobilized by the concept is also carried out, as well as an analysis of&#13;
the limits of its application, to advance in the debates from a black point of view,&#13;
defending the use of the term Non-Colonized Food Plants.

Lucas, Priscila Jaeger
This study analyzes how stigma and shame impact the identity formation of autistic women diagnosed in adulthood. Based on narratives from women within the autistic community, particularly among neurodivergent groups, it investigates the consequences of late diagnosis on self-perception, leading to feelings of inadequacy. While a diagnosis in adulthood provides relief by explaining pre-existing difficulties, it also prompts a re-evaluation of identity. The adopted methodology is qualitative, involving semi-structured interviews and content analysis, allowing participants to share their experiences and deepen the understanding of the associated emotions, including the shame triggered by the social stigma surrounding neurodivergence. This study seeks to raise awareness of these women's experiences and stimulate discussions that promote inclusion and adequate support. The findings support the hypothesis that late diagnosis, although representing relief by providing an "explanation" for previous difficulties, intensifies shame due to social stigma. This study integrates concepts of identity, stigma, and shame, advocating for the need for specific interventions that consider the particularities of&#13;
autistic women within the context of neurodivergent activism and diagnostic and support&#13;
practices.

Considering that racism is a practice of racial interiorization that violates citizenship rights, this study aims to analyze how legal practices occur regarding racial crimes at the Police Station for Combating Intolerance in Porto Alegre/RS. Regarding the methodology, the study is a qualitative research, of an ethnographic nature, including participant observation, documentary analysis, and interviews with the police officers, who work at this specialized Police Station, from July to December 2023. The theoretical scope of the research follows a Critical Race Theory perspective, based on the criticisms arising from racial theories applied to Law (Thula Pires, 2013), and which I call “critical theories in action”, because they are analyzed here, based on the daily practices of the Police Station. To carry out the analysis, this study developed a contextualization of the theme of racial relations in Brazil, considering the dimensions of the relationship between race and nation in the formation of the State, as well as in the field of Law. Throughout the research, it was possible to perceive the limitations arising from the legal field that have an impact on the way in which the Police Investigation, arising from racial crimes, will be concluded, since many cases accepted by the Police Station do not result in indictment,&#13;
due to lack of materiality and/or authorship, even though there are other elements, such as posture, behavior of witnesses or defendants, which demonstrate that racial violence actually occurred. So, it was possible to perceive the social role that the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (DPCI) has and its relevant contribution to the black population of the city of Porto Alegre.

This research investigated the meaning attributed by adolescent girls to the practice of&#13;
non-suicidal self-injury and sought its basis in the social sciences. The objectives of the research were: a) to understand the phenomenon of non-suicidal self-injury among&#13;
adolescents based on their understanding of this social phenomenon; b) investigate the subjective motivations for practicing Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (ALNS) among students at the Elementary Education Center in Brasília; c) evaluate risk and protection indicators for the incidence of the phenomenon of self-harm. A qualitative approach was used with the application of the focus group technique. The research was carried out in an Elementary Education Center in Brasília and the following participated in the research: 4 teenagers, an educational counselor and a school psychologist. Its theoretical foundation was the work “The Era of Emptiness”, by Lipovetsky; the concepts of Content and Form in Simmel's socialization; the Subject of tiredness, described by Chul Han and the anxious generation, by Haidt. The work highlighted the feeling of relief as the main meaning attributed to the practice of non-suicidal self-injury. There were five categories for analyzing the results: 1) My body: Self-perception; 2) My body: Social Imperatives; 3) My body and sociability; 4) My self-harmed body and 5) Meanings of self-harm for education professionals.

This research aimed to look at the reality of high school and technical scholarship students in a private institution, in the city of Gravataí (metropolitan area of Porto Alegre/RS), seeking to investigate whether there is equity in opportunities or a lack of support. The paper has a qualitative nature, triggered by a case study. First, the construction of education in Brazil was contextualized - both in the public and private spheres -, understanding public policies for providing access and looking at adolescence as a phase of change, full of meanings and plausible acceptance. In a&#13;
connection between Social Sciences and Education, Sen, Rawls, and Freire led the reflections, highlighting freedoms, fairer societies, and critical education. The analysis in the school context took place through interviews, questionnaires, and focus groups, adapting the methods to the needs of the people in the environment. Managers, teachers, families, and students participated in the research, in order to provide a multifocal view of the reality experienced by the scholarship holders, from previous experiences to everyday ones. It is concluded that the school seeks to promote equal&#13;
opportunities, however, extra activities contexts consist of meeting this reality, making it difficult for young people to integrate due to great external differences. Aspects of everyday life, such as the “feeling of belonging”, happen in detail, through the offering of some material goods – such as uniforms, in the context of technical education -, but, mainly, intangible goods – as an adaptation of “ala minuta” day, assured access (working bus card), enhancing capabilities and helping to strengthen self-esteem. Therefore, it is possible to observe that the school cares about the students who permeate this environment, and, sometimes, two basic - and forgotten - aspects can change the entire context: listening and welcoming them, therefore, it is through active listening that the sense of belonging is consolidated.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/13361</link>
Discriminatory attitudes such as the expression “do you know who you are talking to?” are still common. in everyday life in Brazilian cities and during interactions between individuals. It is also noted that the discourses used in these social moments aim, albeit implicitly, to return to the “old” social hierarchy through the reproduction of rituals of distancing and inferiorization. Such situations mainly bring to light the conflicts between social classes in the public environment and the structural racism present in Brazil, elements that denounce the real dimension of social inequality in the country but that commonly go unnoticed in the daily life of society. The main objective of the research was to understand how the fight against discriminatory manifestations that aim at social differentiation through markers such as race and social class is currently being developed through the militant use of Law, that is, to analyze how the law is used of this as a tool of activism in confronting this type of authoritarian conduct, even though this presents itself in a ritualized and implicit way during everyday life. The problems encountered in the fight for equality in Brazil will also be highlighted and it will be discovered whether the anti-discrimination legislation present in the current legal system is sufficient to ensure that this social struggle develops satisfactorily. In fact, considering that discriminatory speeches are social phenomena arising from human behavior and which, therefore, deserve to be analyzed in their full complexity - thoughts, feelings and actions of individuals - the descriptive characteristic with which qualitative research is carried out deserved to be prioritized. Thus, after choosing the materials subject to the qualitative study through data collection techniques such as document analysis, bibliographic review, consultation of press reports and legal archives and a semi-structured interview, it was important to proceed with an analysis of its content, which also started with the objective of unveiling the “not so apparent” meaning that underpins this form of discrimination.; Actitudes discriminatorias como la expresión “¿sabes con quién estás hablando?” siguen siendo comunes. en la vida cotidiana de las ciudades brasileñas y durante las interacciones entre individuos.

<description>Programa Mais Educa São Léo: instrumento de inclusão social e educação integral
Dias, Amanda Couto
This dissertation investigates a Government Program entitled Mais Educa São Léo (PME). This local Public Policy, launched in 2019, socially includes public school students, extending their time at school, in a proposal for Integral Education. Given this, the objective was to characterize and analyze the strategies and mechanisms for accessing and maintaining at School students in situations of social vulnerability. Methodologically, we proceeded through a qualitative strategy, using observation and interview techniques, in one of the schools that hosts the Program. The results demonstrate that, although there are limits in the implementation, children and youth served by the policy need this reception at school and have responded positively to the Program's objectives. In addition, the network will increase the number of schools served in 2024, and the plan is for all elementary schools in the municipality to begin offering full-time education to students eligible for the Mais Educa São Léo’s criteria.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/12909</link>
Garcia, Vagner Rodrigues
The Brazilian telenovela has a long tradition in national television culture, being one of the most consumed media products in Brazilian homes. The present work discusses the forms of representation of black characters in telenovelas, as well as the low presence of black actors in soap operas. Starting from a specific soap opera – Segundo Sol-, broadcast by Rede Globo in 2018, it presents the racial issues present within the plot and also its implications outside this context. Therefore, the research was supported by a qualitative methodology. Content analysis was used, guided by the contributions of authors such as Silvio de Almeida (2019), Lilia Schwarcz (2011) and Kabengele Munanga (2010), to understand the historical, social and ideological aspects of racism; as well as the contributions of authors such as Stuart Hall, Muniz Sodré, Winnie Bueno and Maria Aparecida Bento, for an analysis of aspects of differentiation present in the media and the cultural dimensions that racialization produces in the circulation of images and discourses. Screen ethnography was the methodological strategy used to analyze the soap opera&#13;
chapters, with the aim of going beyond the text present in the plot and paying attention to the context in which the production was inserted. The analysis of the selected showed the persistence of black underrepresentation in novelistic productions. However, based on bibliographical and empirical analysis, it was possible to signal an advance of these guidelines in the media context, even considering the marketing character present in the use of guidelines that aim at representativeness. This research demonstrated that, although it is possible to point to possible changes, the fight for equality within a social context of exploitation that is based on an economicist logic seems to be incompatible. I argued that, despite the importance of black movements in the fight for representation, the necessary structural change will not be made from small changes in the casts. Finally, I pointed to counter-hegemonic media initiatives and the constant search for a new form of&#13;
content production that takes into account the sensitive relationship of the other as a&#13;
subject, as well as public policies aimed at real transformations in the form and&#13;
content of television media production in Brazil.

<description>A mulher negra vai falar e numa boa: trajetória de Vera Daisy Barcellos
Silveira, Thais
The purpose of this study is to discuss the social experience of intersectionality in the lives of black women. The discussion focuses on the career of Vera Daisy Barcellos, an important black communicator from Rio Grande do Sul, who has been active for more than 50 years. Her pioneering role in the Rio Grande do Sul press, beyond the field of activism, leads to the reflection of this research, which aims to understand the intersectionality of gender and race, their manifestations in everyday practices and social experiences, as well as the interrelationships of inequalities and oppressions. The research, which is qualitative in nature and uses semi-structured interviews, also takes into account contributions from feminist thought, with an emphasis on knowledge produced by black thinkers. Finally, the aim is to contribute to ways of thinking and doing science, based on an Afro-centered, Afro Diasporic, feminist, and multiple epistemology.

<title>A reforma trabalhista e a questão racial</title>

<description>A reforma trabalhista e a questão racial
Nascimento, Saulo Oliveira do
In 2017, Federal Law No. 13.467, known as the Labor Reform, came into effect, introducing significant changes in the realm of labor procedural law and workers' rights. The aim of this dissertation is to analyze the expectations and potential effects stemming from the legal changes introduced by the Reform Law on the Brazilian workforce, with a focus on the Black population, considering the enforcement of individual and collective rights. The methodology relied on bibliographic review, documentary research on national labor laws, exploration of sources and statistical indicators related to socioeconomic issues, and the production of primary data through semi-structured interviews with representatives from three companies and two unions. The research demonstrated immediate effects, such as a reduction in labor lawsuits, a decrease in unionization, and a significant decline in collective bargaining. However, the promised increase in job creation due to the Reform did not materialize. Yet, the research methodologically proved impossible to isolate economic variables to reach a conclusive statement regarding job creation and the Reform. Faced with these limitations, qualitative research shed light on subjective aspects, revealing that, on one hand, there was greater negotiation freedom and flexibility in hiring for the employer class, while on the other hand, there was an economic and representative weakening of the unions. The racial aspect was not quantifiable through secondary data, and the researched employers and unions lacked specific data. It was only possible to infer that the Black working population is likely more impacted compared to the White population, given their majority presence in the most vulnerable occupations. The research concludes that the effects, overall, unequally affected employees, professional unions, and companies, providing greater protections and possibilities for employers while offering less coverage of rights for the working class. Methodologically, the obstacles and limitations identified in this research provide clues for the development of a methodology capable of effectively analyzing labor reform in all its dimensions, enabling the isolation of its effects concerning other influencing factors and incorporating elements that can be studied through a racial lens.

Nascimento, Mateus Henrique Jung
At time of profound social changes in Brazilian society and consequently in Public Policies, it is necessary to analyze and understand the impacts they have on society as a whole. In this sense, this dissertation is the result of a long research work that seeks to present, through a case study, a sociological analysis regarding the perception of teachers at a state public school that make up the state education network in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil on the impacts that public education policies have on the so-called street-level bureaucracy and consequently on the way these teachers carry out their teaching work in a scenario of dismantling in the different spheres that make up public education in Brazil. This Dissertation also includes a sociological analysis of the processes involving austerity policies, bringing as an example the Proposed Amendment to the Constitution 241 / Constitutional Amendment 95 and its more concrete impacts on Brazilian basic public education.; En un momento de profundos cambios sociales en la sociedad brasileña y&#13;
consecuentemente en las Políticas Públicas, es necesario analizar y comprender los&#13;
impactos que tienen sobre la sociedad en su conjunto. Fruto de un prolongado trabajo&#13;
de investigación, esta disertación busca presentar, a través de un estudio de caso, un&#13;
análisis sociológico acerca de la percepción de los docentes de una escuela pública&#13;
estatal que integran el red estatal de educación en el estado de Rio Grande do Sul,&#13;
Brasil sobre los impactos que las políticas públicas de educación tienen sobre la&#13;
llamada burocracia de nivel de calle y consecuentemente sobre la forma en que estos&#13;
docentes realizan su labor docente en un escenario de desmantelamiento y&#13;
desmantelamiento en las diferentes esferas que componen la educación pública en&#13;
Brasil. También forma parte del desarrollo de esta disertación el análisis sociológico&#13;
de los procesos que involucran políticas de austeridad, trayendo como ejemplo la&#13;
Propuesta de Enmienda a la Constitución 241 / Enmienda Constitucional 95 y sus&#13;

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/12903</link>
This dissertation investigates gender relations within educational settings, with the aim of&#13;
exploring education's potential as a tool to prevent gender-based violence. Consequently, it delves into an examination of gender constructs through educational processes and their evolution. The initial focus centers on an exploration of the norms that guide national,&#13;
municipal, and local education systems. Subsequently, the study delves into school practices, assessing their potential contributions, or lack thereof, to the role of education in preventing gender violence. To accomplish this objective, the research employs an ethnographic study of a school environment, utilizing participant observation methods inspired by Eckert and Rocha (2008). The investigation is centered around the Municipal Elementary School Francisco Cândido Xavier, located in São Leopoldo/RS, during the period from 06/03/2022 to 05/05/2023. In conjunction with this approach, an analysis of relevant documents, including the National Education Plan (2014-2024), the Municipal Education Plan (2014-2024), and the School Regulations (2019), is conducted. In the analysis of gender, the framework proposed by Joan Scott (1985) and Raewyn Connell (2016) is employed. This framework shines a spotlight on the power dynamics inherent in and shaping gender relations through societal conflicts and interactive dynamics. The exploration of gender practices within the realm of education is informed by Guacira Lopes Louro's perspective (1997), which emphasizes the interconnection and mutual construction of both systems. Further enriching this perspective, the philosophies of bell hooks (2017) are introduced to the discourse, advocating for a popular education grounded in autonomy, freedom, and participatory learning. Additionally, anthropological insights into education, as viewed through the lens of Sandra Tosta (2020), are integrated, drawing parallels between education and culture. By engaging with these diverse perspectives, the dissertation aims to shed light on the intricate interplay between education, gender, power, and cultural dynamics within the context of preventing gender violence.

In recent decades the Social Assistance policy has gained the status of public policy&#13;
inscribed in the Federal Constitution of 1988. Approved in 1993, the Organic Law of Social Assistance (LOAS) establishes instruments of planning, management, financing and social control at all levels of government: national, federal, state and municipal district. In this premise, the Social Assistance councils emerge as a fundamental component for the implementation of the Social Assistance policy, playing an essential role in the supervision, monitoring and follow-up of the actions aimed at public policy. This research aimed to understand the performance of the municipal council of Social Assistance of Unaí-MG, in the context of the crisis of democracy and fiscal austerity measures, imposed by the federal government, analyzing its contributions and challenges to the guarantee of the rights of the population. In the period analyzed, which extended from 2016 to 2022, it stood out as one of the most challenging moments for Brazilian democracy, characterized by severe cuts in the financing of public policies due to the enactment of PEC 95. The&#13;
methodological path was qualitative, with the mobilization of literature review, in addition to the use of secondary and primary data. Primary data were collected from a sample of eight (08) semi-structured interviews with representatives of all segments that make up the council. This study concluded that, during the period under analysis, the Municipal Council of Unaí-MG complied with the attributions of supervision, monitoring and evaluation of Social Assistance; The strong performance of the council was essential to rebuild the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS) at the municipal level, at a time marked by the dismantling of these social policies. The constitution and functioning of the council met the requirements of the LOAS and national regulations. The research showed a period (2014/2020) of great articulation, strength and resistance of the CMAS, with emphasis on the segment of civil society, especially the workers in the area. Also noteworthy is a change from 2020, when the board lost some of its vitality due to the lack of engagement of the segment of Social Assistance workers in management transitions. This underscored the fragility of the board's performance in other years. A general perception is that strength and resistance were in the "hands" of the segment of workers in the area. These evidences and results can not only serve as indicators for the Social Assistance Council of Unaí-MG itself, think about strengthening mechanisms, strategies for changes in the processes of democratic management, but also serve as a parameter&#13;
and "mirror" of resistance for other Social Assistance councils.

Rocha, Fernando Lacerda
The June 2013 demonstrations revealed the Brazilian population's dissatisfaction with the country's political and social conduction. Arising from a series of protests around the world, the demonstrations were orchestrated by the MPL (Movimento Passe Livre/Free Fare Movement) and quickly inflamed Brazilian cities. It brought, at first, the problem of public transport to the public agenda and, later, a series of diffuse agendas. Thus, the history of the Free Fare Movement was decisive for the success achieved in the Demonstrations of June 2013, making it necessary to analyze its contributions to Brazilian society in that period and in the post-June 2013 period, guiding the problem of urban mobility and access to cities. For this, an exploratory study with a qualitative approach was carried out, with the application and analysis of an interview instrument. From the analysis of the interviews, through the theory, it can be seen that the work of the Free Fare Movement was essential for the beginning and the projection of the Demonstrations, with the greatest contribution being didactic: transport was erected as a social right, guiding the problem of urban mobility and access to the cities, making the Unified Transport System proposed; several social movements were created with different agendas; there was learning from various social movements on how to carry out social protest.

Starting from existing studies about the socioeconomic context that involves higher education in Brazil, the public policies that try to democratize access to this level of&#13;
education and the problems it faces, especially dropout, this research sought to identify&#13;
and analyze the hindering factors permanence in teaching and dropout determinants,&#13;
collected from secondary data and the perspective of dropped out students, based on&#13;
dropout students from a private higher education institution of face-to-face modality,&#13;
located in the municipality of Unaí, state of Minas Gerais. Considering the data and&#13;
information collected on the subject, it is likely that the determining factors of evasion in higher education in the municipality of Unaí-MG are related to financial issues, however, to confirm this proposition, a systematic study was carried out about the context of local higher education and the information collected together with students who dropped out of that location. For the development of the research, the use of the descriptive cross-sectional study method with a quantitative approach was chosen, in view of the characteristics of the population object of the research, the amount and nature of the information. The findings highlighted in this study will serve to develop policies and management strategies aimed at minimizing the difficulties faced by students in continuing and completing their studies, thus reflecting a reduction in evasion in higher education.

Costa, Andreia Teixeira
The present work tried to understand the conditions for the implementation of the Agro&#13;
Legal Program, which was instituted by Municipal Law n. a Direct Action of Unconstitutionality – ADU specific to article 28 of the Municipal Organic Law and based&#13;
on a complaint published on a news blog on the internet, which reported the misuse and storage of public assets. The MPMG sought explanations from the Executive and Legislative Powers about decision-making and transparency in providing access to public equipment and machinery for small farmers established in settlements in the municipality of Unaí/MG. The present study problematized the reasons that led the Public Ministry of Minas Gerais to propose the ADI, and the initiative to constitute the Agro Legal Program. The research went through an exploratory moment of gathering information through interviews with the Department of Agriculture, the City Hall of Unaí, the Chamber of Councillors, the Public Ministry of Unaí and the citizen responsible for the complaint that occurred in 2012. The methodology used presents an approach qualitative, exploratory type, deductive method, use of primary and secondary sources, the theoretical investigation technique was the bibliographic and the empirical investigation technique was the case study, the instrument for data generation was the semi-structured interview, the participating subjects of the research are linked to the Public Administration of the municipality of Unaí/MG, in addition to the President of the Legislative Chamber, and the Prosecutor of the Public Ministry of Minas Gerais and the data were analyzed through content analysis. Finally, the final considerations show that the Agro Legal Program was the result of interference by the MPMG, as a way of regulating what was already being implemented, with the assignment of agricultural machinery and municipal public servants to local family farmers, in order to try to remedy the improper use of said machinery for the benefit of individuals.

<title>Conselhos municipais na administração do Movimento Democrático Brasileiro (MDB): análise de Guaíba/RS (2001-2008)</title>
<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/12437</link>
<description>Conselhos municipais na administração do Movimento Democrático Brasileiro (MDB): análise de Guaíba/RS (2001-2008)
Santos, Mauricéia Alves dos
This study seeks to understand the place occupied by the municipal councils implemented&#13;
during the administration of the Brazilian Democratic Movement (MDB) party, during the&#13;
period from 2001 to 2008. Therefore, the empirical investigation was based on a qualitative case study conducted in the municipality of Guaíba/RS, focusing the analysis on the councils of weak or no induction of federal resources to be implemented. Data collection used materials collected from documentary research, bibliographic research and semi-structured interviews. The theoretical framework starts from the Theories of Non-hegemonic Democracies based on the "Deliberative" and "Participatory" perspectives, in addition to bringing the review of the literature on Participatory Institutions, which focused on the councils implemented after the promulgation of the 1988 Constitution, as well as the studies related to social participation and the MDB party. In the course of this debate, the data evidenced the understanding that the municipal councils are beyond their institutional functions, serving as a channel of articulation between the party and the community leaders along the lines of those councils implemented during the 1980s. Although there has been an expansion of participation through the councils, other mechanisms of institutionalized participation were not part of the party's government&#13;
project, in addition to the lack of an emancipatory and educational participation that enables the population to participate effectively in the implementation and execution of public policies. This leads us to question what is in fact the place occupied by social participation in MDB party administrations.

<title>Burocracia, família e políticas públicas: a multiparentalidade socioafetiva em cartórios do Distrito Federal</title>

<description>Burocracia, família e políticas públicas: a multiparentalidade socioafetiva em cartórios do Distrito Federal
Andrade, Felipe Rossi de
The present work has as its core objective an analysis of the practices of notary agents&#13;
in the procedure for recognition of multiparental socio-affective families. Inspired by&#13;
the “counter service sociology” approach to an analysis of bureaucracy, the study&#13;
focused on counter operations for users of services that were originally the responsibility of the State, but which were delegated to notaries. The study presents field research in notary offices in the Federal District, with the 2nd Notary Office of Brasília/DF and the 3rd Notary Office of Taguatinga/DF being elected as representatives - chosen due to the disparity in the development index of the administrative regions. The necessary doctrinal basis for understanding aspects of state organization, bureaucracy and family concepts is presented throughout the study. The result and discussion about the measured data is of special importance, especially regarding users, level of knowledge, agents' performance and possible obstacles to the effectiveness of the measure. Thus, the work achieves its purpose in exposing a relevant social theme, but little explored, whether in the field of Social Sciences or in the field of Family Rights, proposing to the end a deepening of the hypotheses verified, with effective action by the legislative power with the consequent propagation of knowledge about such modality for the population as a whole.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/12435</link>
Chiarel, Cleiton Fernandes
Citizen Culture is a concept that refers to the awareness and appreciation of the active participation of society in public and political issues, in order to build a more just,&#13;
equitable, and democratic society. It focuses on education for citizenship, respect for&#13;
the law, and for diversity, as well as valuing participation and dialogue for conflict&#13;
resolution. This dissertation analyzes Citizen Culture as a participatory strategy for building inclusive public policies in territories of socioeconomic vulnerability. The case study was Medellín, a Colombian city in the global south that in the last decade has been&#13;
awarded and internationally recognized for its social, economic, and technological&#13;
development. The objective is to understand what role Citizen Culture played in the&#13;
local development that triggered the development of this social innovation ecosystem.&#13;
To this end, a documentary analysis and qualitative research of semi-structured&#13;
interviews were conducted with public managers and academics who were responsible&#13;
for studies or the implementation of public policies focused on promoting Citizen&#13;
Culture in the city. Among the results obtained we can find the verification that Citizen&#13;
Culture has gained strength in Medellín because it has made possible for the different&#13;
actors of the city a channel for the articulation of projects that promote the creation of&#13;
public spaces, educational and cultural equipment, besides being successful in&#13;
stimulating critical thinking, making the population aware that this is a possible way to&#13;
pay off the historical social debt of the city towards its inhabitants in a situation of&#13;
socioeconomic vulnerability. The conclusion is that Citizen Culture is a political project&#13;
of government and society, a concept that values and promotes citizens' participation&#13;
and engagement in social, political, and cultural issues, encouraging creativity,&#13;
tolerance, respect for diversity, and social responsibility.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/12434</link>
Borges, Ananda Beltran
This dissertation focuses on the measurements of citizen participation, elaborated as the&#13;
Citizen Participation Index, and its contribution to the quality of democracy and public&#13;
management, based on the analysis of the case of Citizen Participation Index from Medellín, also aiming at the possibility of dissemination of this instrument and the public policies involved. Medellín is currently a reference of social innovation, through the collective achievements and the development of policies and programs involving the population, in addition to the implementation of the Medellín Citizen Participation Index, measured in 2017, 2019 and 2021. For the collection of information, the institutions and organizations responsible were accessed and a documentary analysis of the bibliographic was performed with the material. At the same time another exploratory investigation process was carried out with the social actors and authorities involved in the development and application of the index. From the quantitative and qualitative data used, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the Medellín Citizen Participation Index - IPCM- as an initiative and a public policy project to be implemented in other cities were pointed out. It was concluded with the present study that the elaboration and application of the IPCM resulted in a great theoretical and empirical leap on citizen participation, qualifying its analysis, deepening its dimensions and serving as a basis for the elaboration of public policies. Thus, the elaboration of the IPCM brings theoretical and empirical advances to be explored in current democratic theories. As an initiative that has been recognized as social innovation in the functional phase, its replicability is possible, just as it can be scalable. However, it is a complex process that involves, above all, the political will to opportunize its realization and actors and organizations prepared to take advantage and create the necessary actions and articulations.

<title>O trabalho no processo de ressocialização do preso: a experiência do sistema penitenciário de Aparecida de Goiânia</title>

<description>O trabalho no processo de ressocialização do preso: a experiência do sistema penitenciário de Aparecida de Goiânia
Borges, Karolyne Guimarães dos Santos
Brazil is in the ranking of countries with the highest prison mass in the world and&#13;
recidivism due to limits on its ability to re-socialize and generate opportunities for a&#13;
dignified life for egresses. This dissertation aims to analyze the role of work provided&#13;
by private companies and the State, in the process of resocialization of prisoners in&#13;
the penitentiary system of Aparecida de Goiânia-GO. The methodology consisted of&#13;
qualitative and quantitative research, developed through a bibliographic and&#13;
documentary study and interviews with 38 prisoners from the universe of 173 (out of&#13;
6,228 prisoners) who worked, in October 2017, in the penitentiary system of&#13;
Aparecida de Goiânia. The prisoners interviewed are women and men between 18&#13;
and 64 years of working age. The results show that work is relevant to self-esteem,&#13;
responsibility, being in a better environment, learning, etc. The importance of the&#13;
family was highlighted. Approximately 50% of respondents would mention “making&#13;
the family proud” as their main motivation for work, above “penalty relief”. The study&#13;
concludes that work alone does not re-socialize, requiring other public policies, such&#13;
as access to education, health, dignity for family members during visits, immediate&#13;
access of the family to the prisoner as soon as he is collected and individual and&#13;
group psychological care, to to prevent criminal recidivism.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/12096</link>
Ruschel, Laura Ferrari Flores
In the last decade, Brazil has become a country that is a recipient of South-South migration, and the main nationalities come from countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, with a migratory profile of people in vulnerable and at risk when they arrive in the country. In 2017 there was the enactment of the Migration Law, innovating in the Brazilian legal system with the emphasis on human rights, establishing the National Policy for Migration, Refuge and Statelessness and reaffirming the condition of subject of rights and access to public services of the migrant population in Brazilian territory. Thus, this migration of "new faces" and new legal order have challenged the public authorities to institutional responses to the specific needs of the population, especially to municipalities – autonomous entities of the federation since 1988 – where these policies are provided. The focus of this work is therefore concentrated on the local governments of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, the fourth state that receives the most South-South migratory flow, with the objective of analyzing the institutional responses to the migration problem. In a first phase, ten cities that have more migrants and refugees enrolled in the Single Registry were analyzed, in addition to Rio Grande, indicating the literature review by socio-state interactions. In the second, we sought to identify the existence of institutional expressions, new institutions and state capacities aimed at migrants and refugees in the cities of Canoas, Cachoeirinha, Esteio, Porto Alegre, Caxias do Sul and Passo Fundo. The research was based on the approach of historical neo-institutionalism and anchored in the categories state autonomy, sociogenesis and technicaladministrative and political-institutional state capacities. The qualitative methodology of case study was adopted, collecting evidence through documents, secondary data and semi-structured interviews. It is evident that Canoas, Cachoeirinha and Esteio constituted institutions to the migrant population through the autonomy of the State, without the participation of civil society; Caxias do Sul, through socio-state interactions and Porto Alegre and Passo Fundo, have not developed institutions for migration, where there is a transfer of state responsibilities to social actors in both cities. It is denoted that the autonomy conferred on the municipalities implied the diversity of institutional expressions and the development of technical-administrative and political-institutional capacities in the cities, which are incipient in the six municipalities. Limitations of human resources, budgets and lack of priority in 9 migration management are factors present in the territories. Given the obstacles experienced in the reception of migrants and refugees by the State, the existence of informal networks of social and public actors as a form of articulation for humanitarian responses is identified. Based on dialogues and formal connections, this network operates in facilitating case management between multiple actors. Furthermore, there is the development of specific actions by the municipalities, sewn out of institutional spaces, considered as underground policies elaborated by public actors in partnership with social actors for the benefit of the migrant population.

In Porto Alegre, environmental problems have worsened in recent years, especially in&#13;
the issue involving urban solid waste, which impact the lives of the population in general and the collectors of solid recyclable materials. The Social Sciences are part of this environment as the understanding that environmental problems arise as a result of economic and social organization. Therefore, the collectors of solid recyclable materials in Porto Alegre are social actors that are inserted in the recycling chain, and aim at a more effective participation in the Management of Solid Urban Waste in Porto Alegre. Because they are the ones who work the most in this process and the ones who have the lowest remuneration. The research proposes to investigate the reasons why, after twelve years of validity of the National Solid Waste Policy (PNRS), the collectors are still in such a precarious social, political and economic situation and their participation in the Solid Urban Waste Management in Porto Joyful so expressionless. The general objective is to analyze the processes of participation of waste pickers in Porto Alegre in the Management of Solid Urban Waste, understanding the constraints of advances and limits in their decision-making capacity. The methodology used was a documentary and bibliographic research, for a qualitative approach, groups focal points with the collectors and semi-structured interviews, which were also carried out with public servants and representatives of the private sector. The study concludes that there is a scenario of dispute of economic interests, as solid waste starts to have financial value. It becomes a market to be disputed, with the entry of private companies and a reduction in the participation&#13;
of collectors in the Solid Urban Waste Management Policy in Porto Alegre. A support network from different levels of society is necessary for the collectors, initially in the Associations/Cooperatives, passing through their representative spheres, thus seeking a new form of effective participation in the Municipal Solid Waste Management Policies of the municipality and also the other social actors involved. Each one assuming their responsibilities, articulating with the collectors and not leaving them on the sidelines of this process.

en los territorios de la ciudad de São Leopoldo”, que tiene como objetivo analizar los&#13;
efectos de la pandemia de la COVID-19 en las relaciones de género y atención&#13;
comunitaria en el barrio de Feitoria en el municipio de São Leopoldo. Este recorte se&#13;
centrará en las construcciones de las masculinidades, también se creará un paralelo&#13;
con la relevancia del Estado en la construcción o mantenimiento de este cuidado a&#13;
partir del análisis de la Política Nacional de Atención Integral a la Salud del Hombre&#13;
(PNAISH), deslindando cómo pública las políticas de salud influyen y ayudan a&#13;
construir formas de vivir las relaciones de masculinidad. Tuvo como objetivo general&#13;
analizar las relaciones de cuidado comunitario que envuelven las masculinidades en&#13;
el período de la pandemia de la COVID-19, en el barrio Feitoria de la ciudad de São&#13;
Leopoldo/RS. Para ello, se utilizó una investigación cualitativa con enfoque&#13;
etnográfico. El corte etnográfico se da en la medida en que la inserción en el campo&#13;
fue considerada esencial para la construcción del camino metodológico, permitiendo&#13;
el análisis de las estructuras socioculturales y sus articulaciones comunitarias, a&#13;
partir de un saber construido a partir de la atenta observación del investigador, que&#13;
mantiene una actitud de apertura y respeto. Con el discurso de los entrevistados,&#13;
queda claro que el trabajo en la ESF sirvió como una forma de cambiar sus&#13;
identidades, acercándolos a las relaciones de cuidado consigo mismos y con otras&#13;
personas. Al mirar la producción del cuidado de forma amplia, se destaca que si bien&#13;
existe una política dirigida a la salud de los hombres, ésta está construida para&#13;
cuerpos cisgénero, blancos y heterosexuales, teniendo poca efectividad en la&#13;
producción del cuidado de los hombres. De esta forma, si bien hay cambios, estos&#13;
ocurren local e individualmente, careciendo de una formación profesional y continua&#13;
que sustente y garantice la producción de cuidados con el público masculino.&#13;
Enfatizamos la necesidad de más trabajo de campo, capaz de producir brechas en&#13;
las normas de género y abrir espacios para que otras narrativas sean contadas,&#13;
ampliando los repertorios masculinos sobre sus posibilidades de existencia.; The present dissertation was built in dialogue with the umbrella project “Gender&#13;
equity and care policies in the context of a pandemic: action research in territories of&#13;
the city of São Leopoldo”, which aims to analyze the effects of the COVID-19&#13;
pandemic in gender relations and community care within the Feitoria neighborhood in&#13;
the municipality of São Leopoldo. This clipping will focus on the constructions of&#13;
masculinities, a parallel will also be created with the relevance of the State in the&#13;
construction or maintenance of this care from the analysis of the National Policy for&#13;
Integral Attention to Men's Health (PNAISH), demarcating how public health policies&#13;
influence and help to build ways of experiencing masculinity relationships. Its general&#13;
objective was to analyze the relationships of community care that involve&#13;
masculinities in the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, in the Feitoria neighborhood&#13;
of the city of São Leopoldo/RS. For this, a qualitative research with an ethnographic&#13;
approach was used. The ethnographic approach takes place to the extent that the&#13;
insertion in the field was considered essential for the construction of the&#13;
methodological path, enabling the analysis of sociocultural structures and their&#13;
community articulations, based on a knowledge built from the researcher's careful&#13;
observations, that maintains an attitude of openness and respect. With the&#13;
interviewees' speech, it is clear that the work in the ESF served as a way of changing&#13;
their identities, bringing them closer to the care relationships with themselves and&#13;
with other people. When looking at the production of care in a broad way, it is&#13;
emphasized that although there is a policy aimed at men's health, it is built for&#13;
cisgender, white and heterosexual bodies, having little effectiveness in the production&#13;
of care for men. In this way, even if there are transformations, they happen locally&#13;
and individually, lacking professional and continuous training that supports and&#13;
guarantees the production of care with the male audience. We emphasize the need&#13;
for more work in the field, capable of producing gaps in gender norms and opening&#13;
spaces for other narratives to be told, expanding male repertoires about their&#13;
possibilities of existence.

This dissertation aims to analyze the process of building the individual and collective&#13;
identity of the Grupo de Artes Scenics Adoração em Cena, the group was founded in 2009, with headquarters and headquarters in the Seventh-day Adventist Church, in Taguatinga Centro - DF. The reflection on individual and collective identity is based on cultural-historical theory, with the question: How and in what sense do the social interactions carried out in this artistic laboratory of the Adoração em Cena group affect the personal and collective identity of the individuals participating in it? Gathered in this study, data were collected from a study on individual and collective identity, having the qualitative and quantitative approach as instruments for data collection individual and collective interviews, as well as observation elements focused on the interactions between the participating members in authors, analyzed in the light of contributions from theoretical elaborations, more specifically by Mead (1993), Pardo (1996) and Giddens (2022), among others. The study did not intend to provide new theoretical elements beyond what is already widely contemplated in the consulted bibliography but sought to apply the theoretical learning obtained in the understanding of the identity construction process in question. Despite the limitations of the data actually obtained, it can be concluded that the “group theater” in question has a strong influence on the identity construction process of its participants, which is projected beyond the group.

<title>Normal ou cesárea? Quem decide?

<description>Normal ou cesárea? Quem decide?
Rosa, Nathalia Izidoro
The study aimed to identify what the scientific evidences reveals about the configuration of decision-making processes regarding the type of birth delivery in Brazil. We expect to contribute to the production of knowledge about what happens in maternity hospitals, whether public or private. For this, an integrative literature review was conducted, based on studies carried out on the topic of woman's decision-making process in choosing the type of birth delivery, according to the steps recommended by Whittemore and Knafl (2005). The search and selection of studies took place in the LILACS, MEDLINE and Web of Science databases. Regarding the results, 18 articles were included in this IR, having been gathered according to the types of research, as well as a thematic categorization of their contents. The year of publications ranged between 2013 and 2021, and the majority of authors are from the nursing field. The urgency of changing the birth scenario, whatever it is, is necessary to promote the empowerment of women, so that at this very special moment they do not have to fight, for their rights. Maternal autonomy should be guaranteed in public and private maternity hospitals. The technocratic and hierarchical model is hegemonic, and the women’s physical and psychological health is not the most relevant in this model. For health professionals, this research may arouse reflections about good practices in the daily routine of services, pointing out gaps to be filled with the improvement of conducts, whose care is challenging in the institutional conditions put in place.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/11468</link>
Fernandes, Marco Aurelio Zborowski
The theme of this dissertation is the union crisis, or we could say union crises (BRIDI, 2006). It focuses on the period of the “neoliberal decade,” 1990 (CARDOSO, 2003), with marketoriented reforms that made the labor market precarious. In this sense, the present work intends to point out our opposition to the theory of the union crisis. Firstly, we refer to the fact that we still live in a capitalist society and unions were born with it to defend workers from the power of employers. Second, we have a theoretical understanding of the role of unions in a capitalist society: unions are not a political party and, therefore, are not solely responsible for making social transformations. They are part of that process. It is a study that is based on history, on the actions of the ruling classes against workers. The method adopted is the bibliographic analysis that seeks to identify the main arguments of the crisis of Brazilian unionism in the 1990s in order to verify if we can talk about a crisis or a change of strategies or repertoires in the analyzed period. The theoretical basis is the Theory of Political Confrontation, which deals with the cycles of protests and opportunities for political action. Examines the relationship between unionism and democracy to identify opportunities for union action. We trace a history of the constitution of the working class in Brazil and how the trade union movement was built, as well as the actions of the ruling classes to control, through the State, social struggles and prevent the subaltern classes from organizing themselves autonomously. We approach the period of the civil-military coup that interrupted the union ascension in the 1960s and we enter, in conclusion, a brief analysis of the 2000s with the democratic and conquest period of 2003- 2016 and the setback after the legal-parliamentary coup of 2016.

Amorim, Gabriel Chaves
This dissertation is presented in the form of a ‘basket’ on the life projects of the youths of the Por Fi Ga indigenous community, in the city of São Leopoldo, Brazil. As a result, we theorize that individual projects converge in the production of common subjectivities. This embracing project-of-community refers to values of organization of community and economic life, through the rãnhrãj/work with the régre/relatives. In the agriculture and crafts, indigenous youth emancipate themselves and build themselves as subjects. To reach such definition, twenty (20) ethnographic moments were carried out, systematized, transcribed and ‘woven’ together with social theory. The (ethno)methodology “jykre tãn/owner of knowledge” analyzes the meaning of sociological categories but based on kanhgág cosmology. This vafy/braiding of south-epistemological theories is intended to promote cognitive justice, ecology of knowledge and emancipatory emergences.

“Eight out of ten pregnant and postpartum women who died of coronavirus in the world were Brazilian” was a headline that circulated on digital networks in July 2020 and whose baseline study triggered a series of mobilizations and collective actions in Brazilian territory to diagnosis and confrontation the situation. This study aimed to analyze how these social mobilizations and actions for the prevention of maternal mortality were constructed in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic in Brazil and how the dimension of racism and other inequalities operating in the social production of these deaths. For decades, studies have shown that racial and class inequalities are dimensions that produce preventable maternal deaths in Brazil. This phenomenon was aggravated by the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the political and economic situation in the country. A documentary research was carried out, with a corpus consisting of a variety of materials (lives, technical notes, audiências públicas, etc.) that circulated on the internet. Our spatial cut covers the national level, bringing some data from Rio Grande do Sul, as an action by the government, related to the National Day for the Reduction of Maternal Mortality, was highlighted; as well as São Paulo, with mobilization related to the vaccination of pregnant women in the state. A content analysis was carried out with two axes that articulated empirical data and theoretical discussions: how was the production of epidemiological data and the mapping of inequalities operating in these deaths; and what were the forms of mobilization and translation into actions/strategies, questioning in both cases how the racial dimension was incorporated. The main results highlight the need to politicize maternal mortality within the demands for guaranteeing women's human rights, especially the right to life, whether in the qualification of the production of epidemiological data and the social determinants of preventable maternal deaths, as well as in implementation of equity policies that promote social justice.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/10883</link>
Pinto, Joseane Mariele Schuck
Migratory movements coming from Haiti should be understood from the processes of structural situations and cyclical changes in the country. The reasons that make the country is characterized by loss of control of its territory for non-monopoly on the legitimate use of physical force within its borders, erosion of legitimate authority of the State to take collective decisions, the inability to provide public services adequate and to interact with other states as a full member of the international community, end up leaving it in a condition of frailty and vulnerability, is therefore imperative that your analysis. The issues of human mobility on the global stage, the object of study are supported by theoretical sociologists Ulrich Beck, Immanuel Wallerstein and Octavio Ianni, that portray the contemporary setting of the resulting set of changes brought about by globalization and the techno-scientific development, responsible for creating the risk society, as well as analysis of the world-system notions are references to characterize the landscape in which the phenomenon of migration takes on new meaning as one of the dimensions of global environmental change. Haiti is a result of society in which the social production of wealth is systematically accompanied by the social production of risks, coming to meet natural disasters, such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes that make the country even more susceptible to shifts. Risks become involved and through social change and are the sociological basic concept to classify, interpret and organize social life. This context favors the emergence of thousands of forced displacement by natural disasters and by the progressive degradation of essential natural resources which seriously compromise the life and safety of people, making it impossible to survive in the affected locations. This new demand brings to the international scene the discussion about the ideal treatment to be used in relation to individuals and groups in situations of risk, for reasons that may or may not be related to conflict or persecution, and that may or may not cross borders of a state, and even if there is no uniformity on the concept of "environmental refugee", one can not deny the existence of a social problem to be faced. In this sense, the unveiling of the case of the forced displacement of Haitians, the understanding of this phenomenon and its implications in a global society of risk, will only be possible through research since the historical construction of the country in its political, economic, social and environmental. The origin of contemporary migration of Haitians, is not only grounded in the pursuit of economic improvements, as do economic migrants who move voluntarily, but that based on forced migration, marked by threats to life and livelihood, whether arising from natural causes or man-made (eg movements of refugees and internally displaced people as well as people displaced by natural or environmental, chemical or nuclear disasters, famine or development projects). Similarly, find out if these flows corroborate and how for the emergence of a new category of people: environmental refugees or environmental displaced, is necessary. The rest, it remains important to check all the ramifications of the choice of Brazil as migratory route of Haitians, given that demand for the country had high rise, which reached the mark of 50,000 at the end of 2014.

The present work concerns the theme of gender violence, specifically from the São Leopoldo Domestic Violence Court, in Rio Grande do Sul. I aim to understand the agency of women who use the services of the network to confront domestic violence and the functioning this network. Therefore, three spaces of the Court were observed: the courtroom, the corridor and, mainly, the waiting room, where a project coordinated by institutions that integrate the network takes place. Dialogue with the field of studies on gender violence in the social sciences and, specifically, using the concepts of agency, network and critical route. As a privileged methodology, I use ethnography, elaborated from participant observation, organized with the help of the construction of a field diary and informal conversations. The fieldwork was carried out from April 2019 to August 2019. Field research was an essential part of this research, since it was possible to build the understanding that the women's agency is directly crossed with other aspects such as issues of race and class, moreover, there was the possibility of observing that there are activisms that dynamize the network, bringing new possibilities for women.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/10568</link>
The objective of this dissertation is to demonstrate the importance of inclusive policies under perspective of the reintegrating function that the deprivation of liberty must pursue, in view of the return to the post-prison labor market. The process of resocialization of prisoners in the current brazilian scene has been a challenge for the&#13;
penitentiary system. The problems stem from the lack of infrastructure in prisons across the country, totally out of step with the growing prison population, and also from the inefficiency in the process of re-socializing and reintegrating the inmate into&#13;
post-prison life. Therefore, the bibliographic study was adopted as a research technique, favoring the search for dissertations, theses, scientific articles, journal and book dossiers, all focused on the area of law and public policy, with the adoption of the Law as a priority interest of Criminal Execution (LEP) as an instrument of the rehabilitation process of the convict and guarantee of rights to prisoners. Next, an&#13;
analysis of normative and regulatory documents that regulate prison work in the country was carried out, in addition to specific programs that have been implemented in the Federal District. The research confirms the understanding that the inmates' access to labor is an important opportunity for a qualified return to the job market after prison. Therefore, the failure of the prison system in the state's commitment to&#13;
the reintegration of prisoners is attributed to the lack of effective inclusive policies. It&#13;
is concluded that the LEP is sufficient normative production to guarantee the need for a prison structure that operates in the prisoner's resocialization process. However,&#13;
&#13;
 the lack of implementation and support mechanisms from the Federal Government to the States, Municipalities and the Federal District do not guarantee that the LEP is observed in its entirety, causing the prison population to have to serve their sentence without the counterpart of the due guarantees of the law.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/10564</link>
<description>Discursos jurídicos em crimes de homicídio contra mulheres, Formosa-GO
Cardoso, João Ederson Gomes
In this dissertation, I sought to demonstrate the conceptions of gender present in legal speeches in the Jury Court of the District of Formosa-GO, giving greater emphasis to the discourse of the defense. The documents were the corpus of the analysis and the method used was discourse analysis, aiming to answer the starting question, about the gender conventions in discourses in processes of competence of the Jury Tribunal of the County of Formosa-GO that involve the practice of murder of women. I analyze which gender values that circulate in society are inserted in legal discourses and which justifications are presented in favor of those who commit the crime, since the justifications have the purpose of convincing the jurors. Therefore, 4 (four) criminal cases of Jury Court competence were related, with the purpose of interpreting the legal discourses contained therein, thus making a relation with gender conceptions, in order to verify which values are present.

This research, on the theme of menopause and health, aims to verify the demands, expectations and services provided by Primary Health Care (PHC) to women in the context of menopause in the city of Unaí-MG. The methodological approach was qualitative, based on a semi-structured interview. Twenty (20) women aged between 50 and 55 years, differentiated in their socioeconomic strata and educational level, were interviewed. The field research was carried out in June 2021. As a result of the Pandemic scenario by Covid-19, the interviews were carried out by telephone calls, recorded and transcribed for analysis. The discussion was built giving support to the analysis of the collected data, making it possible to demonstrate the complexity and subjectivity that accompanies the bodily changes arising from menopause. Regarding the service performed in a PHC, it was possible to identify women's demands for specialized care at this stage of life.

Campos, Daniel Aristides Natividade
The National Judicial Policy for the Adequate Treatment of Conflicts promoted the negotiated solution as the main means for resolving disputes and as a means of effective access to justice. In this sense, this study seeks to understand the contents and discourses around the formation and consolidation of conciliation and mediation as de-judicialization a conflict resolution in the context of the commission of jurists appointed in 2009 by the Senate to elaborate the Preliminary Draft of the New Code of Civil Procedure. Thus, the research starts from the sociological analysis of the ideal through consensus as a more viable way of solving the conflict and its socials representations. The analysis seeks to verify how the professional commission was formed and organized. At first, it was noticed that such commission represented subcategories of the legal universe, such as magistrates, lawyers, authors of legal works and university professors of graduate programs in law. The gathering of these subcategories took the lead in procedural reform and the ideal of mediation as the best solution to conflicts. Thus, the core of this study is the conciliation and categorization of the members of the commission of jurists and the speeches given at the first ordinary meeting and in the caravans, especially the reformist speech for effective access to justice.
