<description>Skillbridge: uma proposta de ferramenta gamificada para auxiliar no processo de mentoria
Ricardi, Felipe
The mentoring process can be aporached on many ways, having as its core a menthor of- fering their experience to the mentee. Studys point out that this process can surface features, such as creativity, and ease the learning process on students that are part of classes with a huge number of people. In the existent applications, we can see that generally there is a specific tar- get scope, being it a group ou people or an area of study. There is also niche where the mentee can hire the mentoring service, being it as a subscription or hiring a single session. A tool that approaches the process without being attached to a specific organization or without the needing to hire someone was not found. The present work aims to make available a platform that makes possible the connection of menthors and mentees, allowing the track of the process and management of achievements obtained by mentoring process. Through works studied, results were found that the usage of gamification concepts aid on incentive to cooperation. Thus, these concepts will be added to the system on the form of goal management, that will be added by the menthor to their mentees, and by sharing achievements that the mentoring process made possible. Therefore, the goal is creating a community amongst the participants of the mentoring process. To put into practice the research findings and understand what the potential users thinks about the current proposal, an interactive prototype was created, based on a small scope of the requirements. The prototype was evaluated by 18 people, scoring averagely 89.38% in the System Usability Scale (SUS). This shows that the prototype has an acceptable experience, being possible to evolve to a final product that approaches the goals of the present work.

<description>Gestão e compartilhamento de conhecimento em uma empresa de software: análise das práticas de gestão de conhecimento em um ambiente de uma equipe remota
Moraes, Pablo Rafael de
Nowadays, to obtain competitive advantage encompasses many factors. Knowledge management (KM), which treats knowledge as one of the main assets that an organization can have, is an enabler for companies to achieve great results if the KM processes are implemented in an effective manner. With the growth in the globalization mid 2000s and with the arrival of new technologies, the concept of remote work, also known as telework, which for years had been present, was widely spread across companies around the world. In this work, an exploratory research through a survey was conducted around the processes of KM in support teams of a software company located in the south region of Brazil. For confidentiality reasons, the company described in this work is referred to as company “ABC”. The advent of the SARS-CoV 2 pandemic, mostly known as COVID-19, and the imminences brought by the disease turned the attention of many companies to the remote work, making these companies realize that the continuity of their daily operations would be possible thanks to the possibility of remote work. This was particularly noticed for companies that operate in the Information Technology (IT) area. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and by demand of local authorities, the support teams from the ABC company had to start operating fully remotely and virtually. Therefore, the main objective of the present work is to find an answer to the question “How to foster the creation and sharing of knowledge in teams that work virtually and remotely?”, considering the software support teams of the ABC company. For the study, a bibliographic research was primarily conducted around the theme of KM and knowledge transfer, in which it was elucidated what are the phases and types of knowledge available, the SECI model, which possesses this name due to the phases that compose the model (socialization, externalization, combination, internalization), in addition to the study of the barriers for knowledge sharing in remote teams, knowledge management systems and knowledge articles. This study emphasizes the socialization phase of the SECI model, which was highlighted as the most affected phase by the emergence of remote work among the support teams from the ABC company, also providing other recommendations that were made possible through the applied questionnaire and the analysis of data concerning the creation and maintenance of knowledge articles.

This work deals with patient traceability and room times in a surgical environment, applying Radio-Frequency IDentification technology. Objective is to know where the patient is and the time in the operating room used by the surgeon, recording the information in the patient's chart for later consultations and data collection. This demand arose from a question by the hospital's board whether it was possible to measure a patient's office time automatically. The model was implemented in a simulated environment due to the pandemic, using the application methodology, the data captured by the antenna were recorded in the hospital's database through a Virtual Private Network. The data obtained and the improvements made in the tests were described to obtain the best results with the equipment used. In the end, a satisfactory result was shown with the 140º antenna capturing distances of up to 5 meters, which can be improved with more financial investments for the acquisition of more equipment.

<description>Paralelização do algoritmo parametrizações progressivas para arquiteturas multicore
Kranen, Anderson Cunha
Platforms with multicore processors have become common in the past few years, disseminating parallel computing. With the popularization of GPUs, it has become increasingly common to find computers with a graphic card, enabling heterogeneous processing When demanded. By using methods of communication and synchronization between the processors of the heterogeneous platform, it is possible to achieve performance gains previously feasible only in clusters and grids. Each processor within the heterogeneous platform behaves in a way, therefore, balancing between different types of processing loads is essential. One problem that can be solved with this type of computation is the parameterization of triangular meshes. The parameterization process aims to create a bijection between two surfaces with an equivalence of points to solve several problems of the computer graphics. The most recent parameterization algorithm is the algorithm of progressive parameterization. This algorithm has as a principle the rapid convergence for the ideal parameterization result. This work aims to explore the parallel potential of the algorithm in heterogeneous platforms using CPU and GPU. The implementation of the parallel algorithm in the CPU was performed using Intel TBB and on the GPU using the libraries cuSolver, ArrayFire, MAGMA, ViennaCL and CUSP. With the tests performed, it was verified the behavior of the algorithm when running on the GPU is not efficient with the existing solutions. A new proposal with parallel optimization on the CPU was used and When configured to run with 16 threads achieved a speedup of 6 in some steps of the algorithm When compared with the sequential version.

<description>Uma arquitetura para extração de unidades de produtos em lojas virtuais brasileiras
Kolling, Marcio
CONTEXT: E-commerce grows every year since it offers to the e-consumers an easy way to find the best offers and make their purchases online. To enable this task, there are several processes on the search engines used by e-consumers, allowing the comparison of similar products. PROBLEM: This task of comparing similar products becomes a challenge due to the lack of standardization of the registered information in the WEB. In most cases, product atribute information is described freely, unformatted and directly in the product description, making it difficult to establish a standard for comparison. Another important factor is the growth of Brazilian e-commerce and, consequently, the need to simplify the process of e-consumer analysis. GOAL: Due to the problems presented, this study presents an architecture for automated extraction of product units and two prototypes, the first one is a product attribute extraction engine, and the second, one, a WEB prototype for presentation and comparison of product prices by virtual store. PROPOSED METHOD: In order to reach the main goal of this study, we opted for the experimentation-type research method, where the extraction prototype was compared with the developed study related by Horch, Kett and Weisbecker(2015). Also, prototyping was used for the development of the WEB prototype to show the application of the result of the extraction of products attributes, achieved by the extration engine. In order to validate the WEB prototype, the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) acceptance model was applied. CONCLUSION: Finally, we present an analysis and discussion of the results, besides the acceptance of the prototype, showing that the architecture is feasible and useful for e-commerce.

<description>BTMesh: framework para a criação de redes mesh sobre Bluetooth LE
Borges, Marcos Aires
Nowadays the communication between mobile devices is done mostly over the Internet, which is dependent on carriers’ infrastructure. If these systems go down, by electronic fail or overflow, users would be unable to share information. As a solution to this problem, this work has the objective of presenting the research and development of a mobile framework to build mesh networks over Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). It is being proposed the creation of a dynamic communication net between devices, even if they are not connected to the Internet. To do so has been conducted a research to understand BLE's behavior and limitations, network architectures, and reactive programming, to be able to design a protocol with good performance regarding bandwidth and power consumption. The results that could be seen in the experiments show the proposed frameworks' viability as a communication agent of mobile devices using BLE technology, even being in an early development stage.

<description>A importância do Canvas no planejamento estratégico das Startups: um estudo de caso
Silva, Ângelo Sette da
Startups are innovative companies that have a business model that gains scalability, making their growth exponential. It is believed that most Startups are highly profitable due to the fame of some such as Facebook, Uber, Netflix, etc., but few are known, because most fail. According to a study by Startup Farm, 74% of Startups closed after five years of existence, being 18% before completing two years. Currently most Startups use a tool known as Canvas to develop their business plan, due to its ease, simplicity and way of visualizing all elements of the business model. Despite all its benefits, is Canvas really able to provide all the support needed for Startups to realize their strategic planning? This study sought to understand if the Canvas is enough for the use of the strategic planning in Startups, where was realized interviews with Startups incubated in UNITEC, seeking to understand how their strategic planning is realized. Between the research results highlight the main tools that are used by Startups for the strategic planning. These results contributed to identify if the Canvas is sufficient for the strategic planning to the Startups, besides the creation of a recommendation list to the Startups.
