<title>Luto perinatal: o desafio de ressignificar a morte de um filho</title>

<description>Luto perinatal: o desafio de ressignificar a morte de um filho
Flor, Cíntia Alves
Perinatal death has a great impact on the lives of bereaved families, when a child is lost, the natural process of life is reversed. Parents face not only their child's death, but also the loss of their hopes and future plans, as the repercussions and burdens are immense, having a continuing influence on many aspects of their lives and pathways. Objective: the aim of this study is to describe and understand the experiences and perceptions of parents who experienced perinatal death. Method: this is a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive research, carried out with 14 women and 1 man who experienced perinatal death. The selection of participants was through the snowball technique. Data collection was carried out with the aid of a semi structured questionnaire and interviews were carried out through video calling using the WhatsApp application, in which only the audio was recorded, with the images preserved in full. To analyze the results, thematic analysis was used. Results: the thematic analysis resulted in four categories, namely: living in mourning; communication of bad news and professional assistance in the care of perinatal grief; support network: together is possible; and resignifying the death of a child. Conclusion: the present study allowed for an approximation and better understanding of perinatal grief. In general, it showed that death in the perinatal period is an event of extreme grief and suffering. It should be noted that family, marital and social support and the exchange of experience with other bereaved parents are important tools in the elaboration of grief. On the other hand, aggravating situations were the lack of professional and care in the care of perinatal grief, and the social non-recognition of perinatal grief. Above all, even so, it was concluded that it is possible to give new meaning to the death of a child.

<description>Práticas de saúde empregadas no período pós alta hospitalar na atenção à pessoa que vivenciou grandes queimaduras: revisão integrativa da literatura
Martins, Bruna Mariane
Introduction: large burns involve physical and psychological traumas that compromise a large portion of a population and, despite that, this theme is still not enough debated, especially about the care after leaving the hospital institution. 2 Objective: to analyze scientific publications regarding the main health practices destined to people with large burns after the hospital discharge. Method: it is about an integrative literature revision of publications that used a search on the database of the Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS - Healthcare Virtual Library), United States National Library of Medicine (Pubmed), and Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), 2 involving studies published between 2011 and october of 2021. Results: eleven studies had been chosen for this integrative revision, divided into three categories: (i) Characteristics and representations in the follow-up of people with burns: the preparation for the hospital discharge; (ii) Care after the hospital discharge of people with burns: ambulatory care, home nursing and telehealth; (iii) The role of the nurses about the follow-up of people with burns after the hospital discharge. Conclusion: the role of the nurses and the interventions in the long term concerning the follow-up of people with burns are still not widely debated. A lack of a closer and well-marked primary health care acting has been noted about the care to people with large burns in the late period, and the communication between different levels of health care is also not well defined.

<description>Violência institucionalizada na assistência ao parto: uma revisão integrativa
Debiasi, Ana Paula
Objective: analyze the scientific production related to institutionalized violence in childbirth care. Method: integrative review, including studies from 2011 to 2021 in Portuguese, English and Spanish in Scientific Electronic Library Online – SciELO, BVS – Virtual Health Library (LILACAS and BDENF) and PubMed, using DeCS and MeSH Obstetric labor, Violence Against women and women. Results: 13 studies were included. The rates of institutionalized violence found were high and, according to the studies presented, they vary according to women's knowledge on the subject and even hierarchization/professional authoritarianism. Currently, one in four women suffers some type of violence within the institutions when giving birth. The most discussed themes were the high rates of unnecessary cesarean sections and unconcentrated procedures, among the most varied forms of obstetric violence mentioned by the study participants, in addition to women who are still unaware of the term. There is a big difference between the rates of institutionalized violence in Brazil and in the world and by type of hospital. Conclusion: the rates of violence practiced within institutions are high, especially in Brazil where there is a high rate of violation of women's rights at the time of childbirth. It is necessary to rescue the physiology of birth in addition to seeking better qualification of professionals. There is a scarcity of studies related to the role of the obstetric nurse in childbirth care and its importance in reducing institutionalized violence rates.
