Rádio Educativo: Relações entre Legislação e Programação- Estudo das emissoras educativas da região metropolitana de Porto Alegre

Abstract

The pioneer ideal os Roquette Pinto representes the rise of the Brazilian Broadcastin, as well as the start of the educative radio. With the scope to “ solve the educational problem”, new programmes gain structure and begin to transmit more than classic music. Radio assumes a political stance, fascinantes people, and monopolizes the national media. Our thesis focus on this radio, mainly on the educative radio stations: Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul – UFRGS AM 1080, FM Cultura- governamental radio station of Rio Grande do Sul and Unisinos FM of the Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos – UNISINOS – analising the relation between legislation and programmes of these specific three radio station. In fact it is a comparative study that shows projects and directs the ways adopted by these rádios representatives of the national segment.
