Adequação aos padrões da NR-35 em uma empresa de manutenção predial: uma análise de custo

Abstract

This article specifies the investment that a company working in the civil construction needed to invest to follow the recommendations of regulatory norm of work at heights (NR-35). The costs in this company were accompanied for two year following its accounting. The main items of the norm are specified and explained to a better comprehension of the subject. The result that was found demonstrates that a considerable financial investment is required to work in accordance to the legislation. Though the relevant cost, there are other difficulties faced by professionals of the area to implement the NR-35, which must be observed to follow the safety measures correctly. The benefits of a company working according the norms and the consequences of this fact make the investment worthwhile. As the evidences suggest, the faster the companies follow this Norm, which has only five years of effectivity (it was published on March 27, 2012), the better the workers’ health will become and shorter the social security deficit will be.
