Psicoterapia psicanalítica na adolescência: considerações sobre processo e mudança terapêutica e um estudo de caso

Abstract

This Master thesis aimed the study of process and therapeutic change in adolescence, through the theoretical understanding of psychoanalytic works on the subject, as well as, conducting a case study. It was developed a qualitative research and from the sessions of psychoanalytic psychotherapy and the analysis of the Core Conflictual Relationship Theme (Luborsky & Barret, 2007), we performed a dynamic understanding of a clinical case study. The obtained results allowed us to identify changes at a behavioral level and in the relational patterns of the adolescent. It is expected through this work to emphasize the need for theoretical improvement relating to the study of therapeutic process and change in adolescence.
