Estudo ergonômico participativo em modelo de célula de produção

Abstract

This study presents solutions to the problems of ergonomic nature present in a toilet seats production cell in a manufacturing 3rd generation plastics company located in the metropolitan area in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The methodology was based on the preliminary diagnosis method risks Deparis to identify and provide solutions to the problems of ergonomic nature. Meetings with workers were made, managers and occupational safety professionals in addition to visit the study place with photographic survey and video. The results indicated ergonomic risks involved in the activities of the cell that were solved by the own preliminary diagnosis.
