Aplicação da metodologia Seis Sigma – modelo DMAIC no setor financeiro em uma empresa da construção civil

Abstract

This work presents a proposal of application of the methodology Six Sigma - Model DMAIC in the process of payment of the financial sector in an Enterprise of Middle Transport in the Civil Construction like strategy to unleash the reduction of the financial expenses and consequently the identification of unproductive activities and without collected value. There was carried out a lifting of the data obtained through the system ERP in force for beginning of the study of the process, demonstrating at present a spacious variability in the payment of interest of a determined period. When after the variables that they gave rise, as well as his effects and produced implications identified and been analysed, some tools were recommended, proving the importance in maintaining the process inside the acceptable limits, so doing so that it turns in the efficiency in the processes and guaranteeing bigger security in the informations, minimizing the mistakes, making the dry and reliable process.
